HUGE shout out to John Platt and Zach Hersi at the Mt Hope Rd location!!!! They went WAY beyond the call of duty today! They were absolute live savers without going into any details! They delivered fantastic customer service. They made a huge difference in someone's life today and they deserve raises and if their manager wants to call me for more details please do!!! They have my phone number. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! End result was great!

The chicken wings were absolutely disgusting. They were undercooked and had a very unpleasant texture. Handling the pizza leaves your fingers covered in dusty particles (salt? seasonings?) and oil. Terrible taste. Honestly, worst food I've been served in a very long time.

The manager dose great she keeps that spot together
i called and they answered and they left the phone and i was left speaking with no body for literally over 10 mins, i wanted to go in person, but after this treatment no thank you.
11/30/24: So far the last 5 orders have been great! No issues and really cheep and good pizza. Pan pizza is the best. My only gripe is the toping are extremely skimpy. You MIGHT get 20 pieces of something on any pizza, including the larger sizes.

I just had pizza delivered to my place of work and had the worst customer service experience. I provided my own cell phone number for contact and the delivery took well over 40 minutes to arrive once I received a text message that the driver was on their way. I provided clear instructions on where to take this delivery. The driver did not drop off the pizza at the location specified. I received no phone call. The person on the end of the phone said I provided an incorrect phone number. I asked them to listen to the recorded message as I was told that calls are monitored for quality purposes and they would hear that the number provided was correct. I also said that I had ordered a sheet pizza and was told that Domino's doesn't do sheet pizza. This was not explained to me when I ordered. The person on the other end of the line was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that I provided incorrect phone number and you got what you paid for!! Bad Form. Domino's just lost a customer and I will never purchase from Domino's ever again.

The vast experience commanded by the Mt. Hope Dominos pizzaiolos will afford you at least one completely destroyed and partially incorrect pizza. Any build-your-own item is merely a suggestion to these culinary iconoclasts, who will sling whatever toppings across your order that most inspire them in the moment. You may have ordered the pasta with diced tomato and spinach, but you will receive The Mystery™ for the purposes of your late night meditations and enlightenment.
The delivery drivers are very nice.
