Even knowing this is a chain you could tell they did not pay attention to details when making our order. Half the wings were dry and did not have sauce, no herbs on the crust of the pizza, missing side of marinara with bread bites. Everything was edible and fine, but definitely not up to standard

Ordered through the app. Received wrong order, as I did not order two pizzas with same toppings on both. When I called to complain, I waited on speakerphone for someone to help me. When they were finally ready to help, I was interrupted several times to be yelled at, telling me that I received what I ordered. I told the person who said they were the owner that they can check my order. Then I was ordered to bring my order back to the store. I declined, stating I ordered delivery for a reason. I was told they would charge my card again for delivery of the correct order, if I declined to return the wrong pizza. In the end, I ended up throwing away a whole pizza, & apparently am now banned from ordering from this Domino's. All because I called to complain that my order was not correctly made.

Went here today and my daughter went in to with me. On the chalkboard there inside she saw a male private part drawing and said mom look at this. What type of employees don't take care of that??? Plus I was watching two male employees using a cell phone then don't wash up and touching the pizza with bare hands! I have a video but can't upload it. Corporate headquarters should redo their health codes.

There is a chalkboard inside people can draw on and my 10 year old daughter saw a penis on it, what type of workers leave this up? Also watching two of the male guys using cell phone then touching pizza! Are those cameras fake inside the area of kitchen???
Love Domino's pizza, the only issue is today at Mt. Hope Domino's I did carside pickup. I was there 5 minutes early following their instructions on the webpage had the hazard lights on. Watched my order complete, still waiting 8 minutes after and nothing. Had to go inside to get my order. Why have carside pickup if you don't come out???

Do not deal with this establishment, they mess up you're pizza, and you make a complaint , thell keep you on the phone and and waste you're time, we'll make the mistake right, but you must bring the other pizza back . Thats absolutely disgusting, once food leaves a establishment, it cannot be returned for sale or eaten. They gave us 2 of the same pizzas, one small one large, and thats not we ordered thrue the app, and they absolutely refused to be helpfull, unless we were willing to pay the additional cost of a new order and return the other pizza, and thats gross, you cant do that.

Domino's isn't the best pizza in the world, but they are GOOD, inexpensive because of the frequent specials, and they are quick.
Nancy the manager very nasty and unprofessional. I had a concern about a delivery, she hung up the phone while I was talking. Now I can see why people don't eat at Domino's. The behavior is disgusting and unnecessary. Very unpleasant and customer is not her specialty.

Third time this year getting dominoes on Mount Hope and it’s my last i’ll try the one out in Henrietta from now on. It was disgusting. I threw the whole pizza away and spent another $40 with Mark’s. Paid for extra toppings I got none But I sure got extra sauce. It was disgusting!!!!!!

Asked for extra toppings. When I got the pizzas home, there was less topping on them, then the regular amounts. There definitely was not any extra topping. Current people working there are not the best they've had.

Lady at the Cashier (11 pm time) was mean and disrespectful to me when I came to pick up my order. Will never come back. Please hire people who know how to deal with customers.

The online ordering service amalgamated our order with another customer, charged us for both, and then delivered all of the food to the other people. Had to get it remade. They sent the remade food to the other customer too. Am currently waiting in the food to be remade a second time, about 3 hours after ordering. This kind of service would've left my boss mortified.
Update: food arrived after 3½ hours, missing drinks and dipping sauces, though the did give back a handful of credits to the rewards plan.
