Their customer service is always bad because they never get the online orders right!! And then they don’t even try to make it right. I live across the street. 7/10 out of ten the order is wrong so I stopped ordering from them

Ordered donuts online for pickup: donuts were smaller than normal, dry and the filled donuts had hardly any filling. Honestly the Ridge Rd location had better donuts.
Atmosphere has a nostalgia feeling that brings you to a happy place on sight. Service is great, food is top quality. Donut are made with care and love. Staple in the Rochester area would highly recommend.

God I hate to do this but it was just so terrible. I got a chicken finger sub with brown slimy lettuce on it. I also got a chicken Charlie pizza. It had no blue cheese sause, and was very undercooked, and wasn't sliced. Luckily I have a pizza stone and was able to finish cooking it. Also the delivery driver must have dropped my pizza cause all the toppings were sloughed over to one side. Normally this place is good. I'm not sure what happened.

Been going here since I was a kid. Ordered wings, completely wrong. Ordered pizza and completely wrong. Had it for delivery but they can’t come here and bring me the right order, so now a waisted time and money just to throw everything out and go somewhere else to get service. Obviously I ordered delivery for a reason.
