Made me wait in line for 15 minutes for a mobile order pick up and then to tell me that she can’t make the food because she’s backed up. That’s very unprofessional when I have people waiting and then I’ve been waiting for a while for our customers order that I was dropping off that is very unprofessional. If you know that this is a busy time in your morning. You should set yourself up for more food and to be prepared. No customer should have to leave and walk away when there’s plenty of staff on the clock that’s very unprofessional and unacceptable.

The employees here are incredibly rude and slow. Took 18 mins for a hot coffee that wasn’t even fresh.. the girl was yelling swear words the whole time too.

DO NOT COME HERE!! My first time coming to this location, the employees are insanely rude, extremely unprofessional, my food was cold and stale, my drink tasted like they put mop water in it. The atmosphere was also DISGUSTING like they haven’t cleaned since 1935. When I walked in and put my order in these two girls were making fun of me and calling me names just from what I ordered and when I asked to talk to a manager they completely ignored me and started laughing. Not once was I rude or have an attitude, it blew my mind how they were acting for no reason. I asked if they can re-make my order very nicely even after everything and they just ignored me once again. I have never experienced this at a dunkin before. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

1st time at this location. I walked in i wasn't greeted two of the females working the drive-thru never acknowledged me and I walked past the kiosk to order. I wasn't aware that's how you order. Once I seen that while deciding what to order some employee started cursing about things. That was so unprofessional. The bagels bites with cream cheese where hot but I wish they had more filling inside wasn't much. The donuts only have filling in the middle not the whole thing. So you will eat air on a few bites. Why are they in a shape of a star? Btw. When you give someone their order shouldn't you thank them.

Don't believe the negative reviews - give this location a chance. Went inside and a worker made me a few donuts that they didn't have in stock on a whim. She didn't have to do that and I'm super grateful for it. 🙂
I used to drive out of the way to go to this location every single day. I order the same thing everyday. 20$ three large coffees. Yesterday I got three large cups of gross! It was like taking 20$ and tossing it out the window. Went today, thinking everyone has a bad day, but sadly nope. Same thing three cups of milk and sweet! No coffee. Other than the person working, I am not sure what the massive downfall of this location is. But sorry to say, I will not be going back! When I asked questions at the window, the guy acted like what he was giving me was normal. “Said you can take them or don’t!”

I’ve been to a million Dunkin’s but will always come back to this one because Anthony makes such a simple “order and go” service, so pleasant!!! The place is super clean as always and with such friendly service I’d always recommend anyone to this location!

I think it’s for April Fools that the donuts with sprinkles have none and the ones that shouldn’t do. Love it. I really do.
On that note: My toddler has lost her ever freaking mind and I had to manually add sprinkles to her donut. So I hate you.
They also swapped my ice coffee for hot coffee and the person who picked it up didn’t read the label. That was diabolical.

I specifically asked for no blueberry munchkins on a 10 piece order and there was 3 blueberry in the box.. this is the 3 rd time I’ve had an issue at this Dunkin.. horrible service!!!! Thanks for starting my day like this
