Tea was good. Staff were friendly. But serving raw bacon in the breakfast sandwich is probably not the best idea.

First time I came here I had a bad experience and at the time, they JUST opened and I wasn’t giving them grace. I found out a girl I have known for a while runs this store and she felt terrible for my experience. Honestly I was being over dramatic. Needless to say I went back and haven’t gone to another Dunkin since. This is the best Dunkin in Greece. Food is fresh, coffee always on point. I loveeee the staff and the store is clean! The manager here is awesome too! I feel so bad for my original review and I wanted to make it right since this is the store I give all my money too! ;)

This location is very odd and is set up for drive-thru or mobile orders only. Not really a big deal unless you drive a box truck that’s 10’ tall and can’t fit under their 9’ awning. I foolishly walked in thinking I could place an order in person. Pretty much instantly scolded by the manager and told that unless it is a mobile order they want people using the drive-thru. If body language is a thing, this manager lady was SCREAMING that she didn’t care for my existence. Just overall a pretty bad experience and I won’t be back, even though I drive past this place twice daily.

I loved this location! I went through the drive-through, and I was with my brother at the time. We ordered a couple of things and our food and coffee were already there waiting for us! It's the fastest service I've ever experienced at a dunkin drive-through. The food was great, and so was the coffee. It was also the first time a hot coffee from dunkin was actually hot. Thank you so much for the great service!
Parking: It's a small and relatively new location. The parking lot is very small and limited. It has only about four parking spaces. I believe it's meant to be a drive through only location.

This Dunkin is the weirdest store location I’ve ever been to as far as Dunkin or any other fast food chain goes. It is set up in a way that if you were to walk in and try to order you’d have to know exactly what you order normally because there is no menu?? And if you wanted to look at donuts to order them, too bad there’s not even a normal display case or wall rack like most donut shops. When entering, I was greeted with “Are you here for a mobile order?” Me, no sir. *sigh and LITERALLY EYE ROLL* “Ok you’re gonna need to give me a minute I’ll do that when I’m done then”I said, I can order online if it’s busy, and I got “No it’s fine just wait til I finish this”. Like ok I’m sorry, if this is not supposed to be a walk in place then there needs to be signs or lock your door or something.I was with an older friend who was horrified by the idea of having to order on my phone in a place I was physically standing inside at. #boomersBut honestly after the way I was treated I felt very uncomfortable with it as well. The registers aren’t at the counter inside they’re only positioned toward the drive through and the counter isn’t cleared for customers to come up and order in any designated area, it was cluttered with mobile orders on one spot and packaging/product the workers were using to make drinks and things in another.Maybe the franchise is not fully ready to be open or they’re still working on finishing the details of these things but it was very off putting and I’ll just drive to the next coffee shop next time.(Also the food was boiling hot on the outside and cold in the middle which was gross because it was the chicken wrap thing, and the iced coffee was not done the way it always is when I get it at my home Dunkin)
I did not know this was a mobile pickup/drive thru only and they served me anyway. I ordered the chocolate frosted/vanilla cream and it's the best I've had in Rochester so far. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Just no.2 off the menu coffees, wrong, actually threw them out and went to another dunkin to try again.I literally get the same thing every dunkin I go to, Cold brew with cold foam and a mocha swirl. Somehow it tasted like nothing.Slowest service of any dunkin, and the person at the window seemed indifferent, and lost. ALSO one of the workers, an older lady with a long, dark pony tail came outside, up to one of the cars in line, that was in line BEFORE the speaker/menu, and just started talking to them, meanwhile the car that was at the speaker had left and we were all still sitting there waiting for them to finish their convo. If I hadnt placed my order in the app, I would have just left.Disappointed. Will not be back to this location again. There are too many other dunkin's in the area to have to settle.

This is one of the WORST Dunkins I've ever been to! When I pulled up to the speaker, I've had to repeat my order 3 times and was provided attitude when repeated back to me. I pulled up the window and I had just politely reminded them about the cold foam, and instead of cold foam, I got a not so polite screaming from this blond skinny person and went off about how I should've ordered it at the speaker even though I had said so. I was then told to never come back. I hope corporate visits this location and fixes this NEW store!

Not all Dunkins are the same, this one is one of the better ones. Coffee was perfect! While I've been fairly neutral on their food, it was a cut above the other area DKs.
