This location is horrible! Horrible staff- I went in this morning and they messed up our order. When I went back to get my food they literally threw my food on to the counter and the food fell out! Then when I asked them for another order of hash brown this lady aggressively took the food and threw it in the trash!!! People can’t treat other people like this!!!! Horrible service! The people usually work here are nice but today they were inhuman and the behavior felt as if it’s because im a colored person!!!

Beware with ur change. I ordered XL hot coffee with cream and sugar. They gave xl with 1 cream & 1 sugar. The total comes to $3.78 employee asked if I like to donate $1 to charity. I went up to drive thru I face $10 she said the total was $4.78 she gives me $3,22. I told her you owe me $2 more. She that was right. I asked for the receipt she said she threw it away. Then she said I was very rude. I parked my car went inside explained to the manager. The manager did my side just said on angry loud voice just give her money back. First your employee does not know how to count. If the coffee was $3.78 plus $1 for donation the total is $4.78. If you $10 out that the change should be $5.22. If the employee gives $3.22 and says I comment I being rude because she made a mistake. Who has the right to be upset. So stop depend on ur math skills. Just go by what the machine shows you and need more customers service. Just be beware

I'm not sure if this location has had recent staff turnover, is under new management, or a combination of the two, but service speed has seriously gone down hill!!!
Over the last two weeks (between 10/13 - 10/28) I visited this location 3 times, and each time the drive thru wait was about 20-25 minutes, and no... I'm not exaggerating.
I've observed as recently as this morning 10/28/2025, that staff is handling 1 car at a time (as in 1 car is at the window and there is a huge gap between the car at the pickup window, and the cars waiting to order).
When you finally arrive to the intercom there is ANOTHER 5 - 8 minute wait just to give your order, not counting the time it took to get to the intercom in the first place and the ADDITIONAL time it will take to get your food.
The food is always good and fresh however, it is my opinion to skip this location especially if you're on a time crunch or you'll find you'll be late to where your going, you've wasted your time, gas, and end up waiting forever to get fed. I saw many cars just drive off.
I initially thought this was a fluke/just a volume issue, such as too many customers or too many large orders. However, after today's visit, I can emphatically say that the cars I did see in front of me had standard orders, nothing outrageous or anything to really justify the recent delays. Hopefully whoever manages the location sees this post and makes improvements.

- Don't worry I've taken this as a sign to stop eating this stuff.

Depending upon which dunkin u go to because customer service is rude, inpatient & very attiduish. I go farther outta city to patron Dunkin.

Twice now in two days this location has messed my order with missing items or making the food incorrectly, only to blame me for ordering it wrong after specifying what I wanted multiple times. I was polite, wished them food morning and thanked them for the food, but upon requesting fixed be made, I received nothing but attitude. Not even an apology.

Your customer service sucks. Wasn't greeted wasn't asked what I waiting for. If I didnt say anything I could've easily been there for another 5 min for 0 reason. Everyone just ignoring looking elsewhere. How wild.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I informed the worker of my dietary restriction (no pork) and politely asked if they could accommodate my order. Instead of assisting me, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and outright refused to serve me. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made me feel as if my request was an inconvenience rather than a simple accommodation. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin’ before. No customer should be treated with such rude and dismissive behavior over a dietary restriction. Management needs to address this immediately because this is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to

Pull into the drive-through and shut my truck off and waited 3 to 5 minutes for someone to greet me then I started talking into the microphone trying to get somebody’s attention but just got ignored. I drove through the drive-through window honk my horn multiple times bang down the drive-through window to get some attention so I could order still nobody went inside the store. Asking if anybody worked there, I had to do it three or four times before Two girls came up in the back room giggling like children. I told them what happened and they didn’t really care. I will never go to this place again she wouldn’t even give me my receipt
