We went to this Dunkin around 10:30AM today, hoping to grab a quick breakfast. When we were ordering the cashier seemed uninterested and uncaring, throwing the pastries we order in their bags onto the counter without care. She then attempted to end the transaction before we were finished ordering. After ordering we waited and did get our food and drinks pretty quickly.
After getting home however we noticed that our egg and cheese croissant sandwich had bacon. My partner (doesn't eat meat due to dietary restrictions) couldn't eat their breakfast. So we returned to the store (about 30 minutes or so after we had left the first time) and explained the situation. The cashier huffed and snatched the bag off the counter before walking away without saying anything. The two workers were then loudly talking and complaining about how we came back and how unreasonable it is to come back for a remake after 30 minutes. When we received our food (correct this time thankfully) my partner attempted to be nice and thank them for remaking the food for her. Except, before she could say anything the worker started telling her off about how next time we wouldn't be allowed to come back for a remake after 30 minutes.
Overall I find this complete lack of any customer service to be unacceptable. I would recommend no one go near this Dunkin, at least not while the workers that were there today are still employed and rude.

Tried to visit in the middle of the afternoon during the week only to find the chairs up and doors locked. It looked open as all lights were on and donuts on shelves but locked and no one inside.

I placed a mobile order and my card was charged. When I got there there was a handwritten sign on the door that said closed. There were employees inside. Other customers were outside stating they were also charged for their mobile orders. I have called Dunkin customer service and have yet to be refunded.

We stopped by this Dunkin’ location around 5:50pm today, hoping to enjoy a quick treat inside. The chairs were already stacked on tables, but we were told we could sit—only to be told moments later by another staff member that the lobby was closed. My 4-year-old was so excited to eat her favorite donut at the shop, and it was disappointing to see her joy turn into confusion. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, and we didn’t feel accommodated at all. A little kindness and clarity would’ve gone a long way.

Do not come to this location. Workers were extremely rude and yelling at customers. They asked their manager to go to the liquor store to buy them alcohol. The workers were discussing personal matters instead of working at the food. Unless you want to get served with an attitude don’t come here.
