Slow and not very efficient. Waited 10 minutes just for hot chocolate. Also, mixing orders is not good as when you order only one hot chocolate and they state two or a coffee and a hot chocolate, you believe it's someone else's order. They got to get their stuff (not the word I really wanted to use) they got to get it together and speed up their very old process.

The food, service and staff was all good but not the Dunkin app unfortunately so I got so frustrated I walked home, got another phone, walked over to the pharmacy to use their ? then went back to DD and ended up getting a case of the eff it's paid full price in cash for the new loaded hash browns and what would've been my 2nd free beverage of 14. It costed me $10 I really don't have to spend on that and all because my phone was stolen and my phone number changed and 2 factor kept me from signing into my own account that I remember my dang password for. End rant

Cashier was so sweet. 5 visable workers, long customer line, 1 cashier. Order was incorrect. Left with order after re- made 3 times. Order still incorrect - discovered this after I arrived at my destination. Called store repeatedly, no answer. Phone number on receipt incorrect. Tried contacting corporate to report - couldn't find anyway to connect! Coffe delicious as always. Frustrated to pay for an order I didn't actually receive with no way to have it corrected [other than to drive out of my way to go back to that store]
I have had a few orders where the food was cold or the coffee was burnt. I go here regularly and if the coffee wasn't often burned and food was wrapped better I would easily give 5 stars.
The employees are also very nice and courteous. This is why I still make it my most regular coffee routine most mornings!

Unfriendly Indian lady at front. Rude. Throws coffee at you. Chairs always on tables so customers cannot sit in store. Bathroom always has sign not working. Unwelcoming atmosphere. No drive-thru. Never have donut's either.
