I LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is amazing and it’s a great environment to sit and chill. I switch up what I order but last time I got the Sea World roll and I think it was my favorite one I’ve had so far. The quality is amazing. I would have to say one of the best parts about E.suki is Cham. She works the front and she is absolutely amazing and the sweetest person you will ever meet. If you have been here you have met her and you know what I mean. She deserves a raise!

Never really cared for sushi before, it’s something my daughter likes so we do get it occasionally when she visits. Since she found E Suki I stop even when she isn’t with me. Plus, she’s come from Penn Yan a few times just to stop here.
The food is so fresh and never gives her an upset stomach like everywhere else. The Seafood Gyoza is so good but the Searing Wave is amazing! Less than $30 and we are both full after. Highly recommend and they have loyalty points...

I come here a lot and the second you walk in it smells unreal, like somebody’s been doing something right in the kitchen all day. The food hits every time. Service is solid, friendly, on it.

My favorite appetizer is Yuzu Scallop & Unagi Bites is pricey but worth it, and main plate is the steak (rare) w/ pasta and black pepper sauce!

Get anything on the sizzling plates if you want that loud, fragrant, can’t ignore it moment. Everything...
