I paid 15 dollars for a beer cheese pretzel that was supposed to come with stone ground mustard. I received microwaved pretzel bites with imitation beer cheese and no mustard. And rhe quantity I got was NOT worth 15 dollars. What a joke.

Honestly, the food is trash and expensive.
You can tell it’s all frozen food. You can see them prepare it through the kitchen window. Salad is a joke. They don’t serve coffee. Service is not great. They give you cheap plastic silverware. Avoid.

Wondering where to find the worst possible burger for the highest possible price? Look no further. Operated by SSP Group.

The staff was friendly and not to blame, but the place was understaffed at peak hours and the ordering system was bad enough that we had to remind them we'd ordered drinks. This appears to be a business that cares only about profit, not the customer or the product. It drags down an otherwise solid Rochester airport, which is a shame.

Took a long time after I sat down at the bar for the bartender to come over. She was talking to 2 people she definitely knew about family gossip. I ordered just a soda and she went back and kept talking to her friends. I had wanted a soda right away because a rough landing had upset my stomach and I hoped a basic soda would help. It took several minutes for her to go to the other end of the bar and bring back my drink. She was perfectly nice, but she heavily focused on the people she already knew and was really slow. Considering a soda was $5, I was hoping for quicker service.

This is an airport bar so you expect things are going to be expensive. Because of this I was considering getting either a $19 sandwich or a $15 pretzel with beer cheese and mustard. So I’m expecting the pretzel to be at least size comparable to a sandwich, but what comes out is 7 tiny nuggets of pretzel covered in grease and a cup of nacho cheese, no mustard. I go back to the menu to see if I misread the description, they were so weird looking. As I ate them, the cook kept staring at me from the kitchen.

Just walk into the airport and sat at the bar. I was asked what I wanted to drink, I said I'll start with a water. She asked if I wanted a menu, I said not yet. Then was asked to leave. I have a four our wait for my flight. I had fully intended to eat and have several drinks but had just sat down and needed a few minutes.

The Rochester airport has no airline or Centurion lounge, so if you want to fuel up befor your flight, it's gonna cost you.
$56 for two Jameson's with tax and tip. Hey, it's the airport, that's just how it goes.
On the Rocs is a cool little spot. The servers are always friendly. They'll even give you a to go cup, I appreciate that.
They have a short menu with light fare. I didn't eat this time, but in the past I've enjoyed their goodies.

Check out On the Rocs next time you travel. You can even do a little pub crawl and hit up the two other bars over by Concourse A.

Be ready to order via a QR. Very inconvenient and hard to get what you want.

If possible I would give this place 0 stars. Too expensive, no selection, sports bar with no sports. I asked them twice to change the channel - unsuccessfully. Never again. 👎🏻

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever eaten. Horrible food, it’s all microwaved. Our food was delivered to the table, missing items, had to ask for drinks and our waitress was too lazy to look at our order to see what we actually ordered. What’s the point of ordering with a QR code. Also make sure you close out your tab or they automatically charge you 20% gratuity even though we tipped in cash. Seems pretty sketchy!

Why does this restaurant not post its hours? It’s in the airport and is rarely open accept for lunch…in an airport. As usual our idiot airport management contracts with the lazy, inept and poorly run companies around Rochester.

Worst airport food I’ve ever had. Hoping I don’t get sick from it. The prices on drinks are outrageous. There were no chicken tenders or fries on the menu even though it is advertised. Scarce menu options for food and they were sold out of a lot.

Also took 15-20 minutes to get our food when it was pretty empty in there (which is slow for an airport). Just a warning for those short on time. ROC really needs to reassess this establishment and fix the piss poor quality.
