East of Chicago pizza Rochester

Never order from there these people are dirty don’t wear gloves and shity attitude gas is watered down I repeat do not eat there food or buy gas there racist they treat people like they’re trash let everyone know stay out of this store

Horrible pizza. Doesn’t even look like Pizza and nobody there speaks English well. It’s almost impossible to understand them. Customer service was horrible.

Last night i bought a buffalo chicken sub
, and was so good . After eat 5 to 10 mins later i start feeling shaking, few seconds after my vision was not stable, then nosia comes. So, i rush to get home. When i arrive in my parking, i could not get out of my car. All my joints were week. Called my wife to come help me get out. Then i start through up. One night later , i am still sick and rely on ementrol

The loaded crust is DIVINE!! The sauce and ingredients taste so fresh. I can tell the food was made with love ❤️

I ordered cheese pizza by phone. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. But when I got there about 20 mins later, they didn't even make my order. And the Manager was very rude, didn't even apologize. Bad service!!

I placed an order through the website for some reason it added boneless chicken to my deepdish pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza. They also forgot my drink. Door dash returned the pizza and canceled the order. East of Chicago said they cans refund me. They stole $32 from me what a scam.

Tried this pizza for the first time, yesterday it was the best pan pizza I have ever had the garlic sauce instead of marinara was phenomenal

I had an absolutely horrifying experience at East of Chicago Pizza that I feel compelled to share. When I ordered my pizza, I was shocked to find a cooked maggot in it. Yes, you read that correctly—a maggot. This is not only unacceptable but downright disgusting.

When I brought this to the attention of the manager, his response was incredibly disappointing. He dismissed my concerns with a lack of empathy, stating it was "hard to believe" such a thing could happen. Instead of taking responsibility, he seemed more focused on defending the restaurant than acknowledging the serious nature of the issue. His response felt like a complete failure to recognize how concerning this is for a food establishment.

Food safety should be a top priority, and it’s clear that this restaurant needs to seriously reevaluate their practices. I expected better, and I certainly won’t be returning.

If you care about what goes into your food, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I am confused about all these negstive reviews! I come here often and everyone is friendly, customer service is exceptional, and even ording through an app for delivery, if I had an issue, they are quick to make it right!
Was not impressed with the wings so never got them again, however the pizza is the best in Rochester!

Terrible cheap crust pizza, wings and buffalo sauce were also very cheap and not spicy at all. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery and added a generous tip. $40 all together and the pizza never shows up. I call the store, they say they can't do anything about it. Then they asked me if I could come pick it up, and I said yes. After I said yes though, they said they don't have any dough; and that basically I'm just SOL.

Definitely never ordering from here again.

Ordered a large pizza at 12:30 AM. Pizza was absolutely fresh and delicious. Staying at a hotel from out of town and cannot wait to revisit. Hands down the best pizza.
