The smell radiating through the hospital is what drew me to wanting to try their coffee! That however quickly turned while being waited on by the barista! I'm so flustered that my coffee tastes bad!

Seriously the best coffee I have ever had. I travel all over the Southeast and Northeast. You just don’t find those the full, rich and distinctive flavors anywhere else. I am returning to my beloved Fl in Sept of ‘24. I will be bringing several bags with me, then ordering online.

Recently was in the hospital with my child and since the Pittsford plaza Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters is a fun store my wife and I love to visit when in the area, I knew we would enjoy the coffee. However I can't say the same for the staff working in the Strong Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters. I'm not sure the staff there has ever been a resident or patient of the hospital. What I am sure of is making fun of customers for not knowing what color they would like their coffee. Talking about how customers should know what they want and how they want it or know what they ordered for pick up loud enough for other customers to hear them is beyond disrespectful. You see when you have a child or loved one in the hospital or you yourself have to be there for a reason, your mind is not on what coffee you want but on all the things going wrong or every big word the doctor has used that's spinning in your head. The lack of your routine the stress and the sadness. What would help is some empathy and a cup of coffee some resemblance of your "normal" day. Now being on the customer side of coffee I also got to hear people say how their drinks were made wrong and so was one of mine. However no one went back up and told your staff. I took my coffee knowing it was not how I ordered it but a wrong coffee wasn't going to ruin my day or make my worries worse. I took it and drank it because people make mistakes, and also because after over hearing your staff talking it wasn't worth my time. All I can ask is that you do better.

Just got my second shipment of delicious coffee from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters. The flavor choices are amazing and unlike the chain places, you can really taste it! The aroma is also out of this world. I highly recommend.

Great little local coffee shop. Solid espresso: I drink double espresso with a little cream, so the espresso HAS to be good. Kind staff and good baked items.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was only okay. It was somewhat weak.

We live in Virginia and order coffee to be mailed to us here! We found Jamaican Me Crazy blend through Patty's Pantry in Rochester NY while visiting my sweet mama. We were hooked and have ordered coffee online since then!! They have lots of options and they are always amazing.
