We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. The burgers are pretty good, but I hate how overpriced their food is. $11 for a "little" burger without any side is wild. And personally I dont like their fries, so I usually get a burger and a shake.
