Typical Five Guys quality in a clean, neat, well maintained, and well managed store.
I’ve been here several times. Also, I had a minor issue on one occasion, but they made it right without a second thought.
I would definitely go out of my way to go to this location.

Gentleman who took our order was TOP NOTCH- Jason W, that's YOU!! Very polite and courteous! Then we got our food..... my cheeseburger was swimming in mustard, had a hint of catsup, I think there were mushrooms in it from the residuals on the bottom bun. My husbands had NO mushrooms, NO A1, NO catsup OR mustard, and the only part that was correct was the lettuce tomato and mayo. I noticed he was aggravated and asked why he mentioned the mushrooms- i walked up to the counter and waited a couple minutes and I approached who I think MIGHT have been manager (guy in black hat and shirt), I was very polite and explained about the missing mushrooms (husband discovered all of the other missing ingredients while I was at the counter- he's very non-confrontational so said nothing until I returned) the "manager" acted as if I wasn't being truthful and had the disposition of someone who doesn't like working in customer service. He could've been having a bad day- whatever. But, in my opinion the person who's assembling the burgers should be able to comprehend the requested toppings. One more thing - the stupid fries were soggy not even a thought of crisp anywhere!! Y'all are going to do MUCH BETTER, except for Jason W, he was excellent!!
I had an amazing experience at Five Guys! The burgers are incredibly flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are always fresh, and I love that you can customize your burger just the way you like it. Their fries are outstanding—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and they give you a generous portion! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the service is always fast. Five Guys is definitely my go-to spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

This particular location never provides the topper fries and often the cup isn’t even full. The fries are great but not worth $9 if they can’t even fill the cup. I have to order at this location periodically to remember why I don’t. So disappointing

We got two bacon cheeseburgers, two milkshakes, and a small fry. It was FIFTY dollars. The food is not bad, but there is no world in which it that should have cost more than thirty bucks max. Literally can’t justify coming here ever again at that price. Insane.
