Wildly expensive- $33+ for one adult and one child- 1 cheeseburger 1 small burger and 2 fries. Burgers tasted burned, buns not fresh and soggy, fries cold and over salted. 2 fries and burgers were in the bag and the bag was filled with loose fries!Crew was very nice.Note to self- skip 5 guys.

He offered to send me a gift card to make it right. I thought that was kind but they never sent the gift card. So that further frustrated me, why offer just to not send it.

One of the most incredible places to get a burger! Hand cut fresh fries every day are absolutely delicious and salted extremely well. Milkshake if you have any room left in your stomach are also phenomenal. This place is an easy guilty pleasure anytime you need some greasy comfort food.

Worst location I’ve ever been to!! My burger was undercooked, the bun was smashed flat and soggy, the tomatoes were so under ripe that they were white and crunchy, and they put on onions which I didn’t order. Never again!
