The food was very good and the service was too. I could see that they are trying to keep things nice but they have some deep cleaning to do. I love this place anyway. The ONLY REAL PROBLEM I had was when I used the ladies room and I had to wait for a worker that had no physical issues. (I watched her working at this restaurant) BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT SHE DIDN'T NEED TO PUT THE CARE OF OTHERS FIRST.
I had went 2 weeks before to the Turning Stone Buffet.. Was NOT impressed AT ALL! It was tasteless! Come here... OMG I WANNA LIVE THERE!! LOL FOOD WAS FABULOUS!! AND STAFF WAS TOP NOTCH!! I'm not from the area. Came for the evening for my Son's football game. The woman at the register Gayle was SOOOO SUPER NICE.. Made the place feel like a family buffet get together!! I WILL visit again if I'm ever close to Rochester!! A+++++
The food was excellent for a family, was there for lunch and it was very busy, but we had an excellent waitress who attended us well!!! Makes a big difference, hopefully she gets a raise!👍🏼( Regretfully we didn't get her name, but we're sitting at the back corner near the window, beside the reserved rooms, she was blonde.
The lack of a star, was because of another woman,( I'm for babies!) but dear me, she was very far along and dressed showing 1/2...
