We came in on a Saturday and were greeted by the owner. Although we arrived slightly after closing, the owner allowed us to come inside to eat. The owner provided us great service with a smile and didn’t rush us even though the restaurant technically had closed.it is rare that you find a business that has so much hospitality. Although I was traveling from out of state, I will definitely make this my go to spot when back in Rochester. The shrimp and grits were amazing! I cannot wait to try more items from the menu

I had the shrimp and grits at this new diner. A little too much butter but not too bad! My companion had salmon patties but they were prepared coated and fried, which seemed unusual to me. The owner was awesome and I anticipate this getting better and better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My curried chicken was seasoned very well. The collard greens and Mac and cheese delicious. Also very generous portions and reasonably priced. My granddaughter loved her cornbread and Mac & cheese and it's not easy to please a 8 year old.
Absolutely awesome breakfast. Food was prepared exactly as i ordered it. Will definitely be trying their dinner menu.

This restaurant is one of the best around Rochester! The food here is deliciously ?tasty ?& fresh! I've tried so many different options & have yet to be disappointed! Ohhh last but not least ?the mouth watering cakes ? makes you wanna slap somebody mamma? lol & can't forget about the cajun boiled peanuts ?The service was great the atmosphere is clean cozy the music is good & There is also an another beautiful area to throw events & I can't wait to do that. The icing on the cake is that it's Black owned ❤??✊? & I love it can't wait to go back because literally they put they heart & soul into the food & that's the best part!
