I had the shrimp and grits at this new diner. A little too much butter but not too bad! My companion had salmon patties but they were prepared coated and fried, which seemed unusual to me. The owner was awesome and I anticipate this getting better and better.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My curried chicken was seasoned very well. The collard greens and Mac and cheese delicious. Also very generous portions and reasonably priced. My granddaughter loved her cornbread and Mac & cheese and it's not easy to please a 8 year old.
We came in on a Saturday and were greeted by the owner. Although we arrived slightly after closing, the owner allowed us to come inside to eat. The owner provided us great service with a smile and didn’t rush us even though the restaurant technically had closed.it is rare that you find a business that has so much hospitality.
