This is an awesome joint to go to for their pancakes and their chicken and waffles. The owner told me that if I didn't like their cracked cake that they would immediately close the store; it ended up being an absolute standout.

This spot is a downtown gem! Because I’m vegetarian, I had a waffle with the homemade cinnamon butter and a side of Mac and cheese. Both were super good. It’s not very crowded, has great light, a bright atmosphere, friendly staff, and a giant game of connect 4. I highly recommend this as a go to spot for lunch (or for an ice cream stop with a real waffle cone!). I brought a colleague who got the chicken and said it was great too. Delightful!
