I kinda feel sorry for this place. It used to be a decent Rochester quality Indian restaurant before the pandemic. It seems quite clear the business is struggling-which came first quality or customer base?Anyway, the buffet is now a lunch menu which would be ok like my favorite Indian restaurant’s gentleman’s lunch in Jaipur but….We had the vegan and vegetarian thalis, supposedly a Southern Indian favorite but no sambar, no chutney. The pakora were clearly days old without an attempt to even heat them. The dishes were tasteless as well.I try to be positive and always give deference for vegan menus but I can’t be dishonest.Vegetarian options: Vegan also on menu

I just threw up so much 15 min after eating the Palek Paneer idk what is going on with their food but it made me so sick. And also it’s just really mediocre. Probably handled by poor hygiene people.

where do I start? the floor was sticky and it went worst the level of dirt was incredible. the dishes, the cups, the cutlery. Yucky!! The food was insipid to say the least. This used to be an amazing restaurant and we came here often. We won't again!

This place is dated and needs lots of revamp. If you request delivery , they don’t make the order till you get there. Fair warning.

No idea how this place is still in business. Service is either surly or non-existent, menu items are the highest price point possible, and the food is just sub-par. Gave them another chance during bad weather because they're close and in the neighborhood, but there's no other reason to spend top dollar on such piss poor food when there's actual Indian food from other restaurants that's worth the money.

Probably the best Indian food that I've found in the Rochester area. Unfortunately, I initially let the other negative Google reviews deter me from giving this place a try for quite some time, but I am very glad I gave it a try today. The Beef Makhani was very tender and the sauce was a perfect buttery blend and very well seasoned. The Basmati Rice Side was large and also seasoned very well. The only negative would be the Naan's - very odd texture and lacking flavor, but the entrees made up for this. This will now be my new go-to for Indian food in Rochester.

Great service definitely will always have my business.Vegetarian options: Very big selection of vegan and vegetarian options as well as non-vegan non-vegetarian options great place to go if you have a group of people that have different eating accommodations, but want to eat together.

Delicious food and great service! We loved the garlic naan, tandoori chicken, and the generous servings of rice. Plus, I accidentally left my credit card and someone ran out to my car to make sure I got it back before leaving! Definitely recommend for Indian food in Rochester.

I would say that for the first time in an Indian restaurant I saw beef on the menu. A sacred animal that Hindus never eat. I was not just shocked, but stunnedThe tables were dirty, including the towels. The food was very tasty and satisfying, but I can’t say anything about the service and atmosphere, since this is a complete disrespect for both the clients and the Indian culture and their religionI don't recommend going there

This place had an awful buffet. The meats were tasteless and overcooked and the sauces tasted so watered down like they had no flavor except for salt. The plates had food stains on them and the "naan" was this then tasteless thing that I've never seen anywhere else. Their menu food might be better but I would never come here for buffet.

The buffet was terrible. The meat dishes had no flavoring and tasted watered down and the "naan" was this flat tastes thing over never seen anywhere else. Their menu food might taste better but don't go to the buffet.

Delicious food. We ate four different vegan entrees, and everything was really tasty, I loved the rice. The service was kind, and the space was really nice and quiet. Perfect to spend a nice dinner time in family. My only concern would be the cleaning of the cutlery and plates, or maybe they are a bit old, that's why I used my own utensils.I would definitely come back!Vegetarian options: Delicious and the staff has clear the difference between vegan and vegetarian
