I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Where do i start. We'd moved back from Alabama a while ago, and were so excited to see this, bc It's Just Wings was our absolute favorite wing spot there.....THIS was just gross and disappointing. I ordered 8 wings and got 7 mushy wings and abt 3 fries. I ordered Bleu Cheese but had received Ranch. My sons wing count was right, but still mushy, cold and he MAY have gotten 4 fries which were also cold, mushy and gross....we'd ordered lastnight too and thought they were surely just having a bad night. So tried again tonight and were both even more disappointed. ??♀️ The Dr Pepper was good tho.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now, 3 days in a row, the traditional wings are a little fatty but overall we’re good. The boneless wings are really good but one order of them had hardly any sauce and everything was cold , hence 4 stars instead of 5

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
