Waitress’s are rude and like to argue with customers when customers cash out. Instead of just letting customers file a complaint and move on with their day. The faster they pay and the faster they file whatever complaints they have the faster they leave.
Customer service skills need to be be improved and the wait staff needs to learn that arguing just makes them and the restaurant look worse!
They charge you 3.5 percent extra for using a card to pay for meals. Nobody carries cash anymore. This is an unwelcome tax on eating at this restaurant. So for me, I’m out!
