Ok place for ramen. I came here Thursday around 6:30pm for dinner. There wasn’t any custom so I got to pick table. Restaurant is clean and all tables are booth so it’s good if you go in groups. It will be better if there is some seat cushion. I got the special meal combo with dumplings, Tso chicken, brown sugar boba tea, and Tonkotsu ramen. Food came out after 10 minutes. The dumplings wasn’t great as the filling has barely any taste. Tso chicken was good. the rice could be a little softer, it was a bit dry. Ramen broth was good as well. It was first time I had Tonkotsu ramen that had no corn, kinda strange. The pork also can be improved as it a bit dry and hard to bite. And boba, not sure if they got the wrong one, but I didn’t taste any brown sugar flavor, it was just regular milk tea. Gave 4 stars since overall experience isn’t bad, I still enjoy the food, just need improvement here and there. Staffs are friendly.

I went here because I had a coupon. I’m so glad I did! The counter person was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and presented beautifully! If you like this type of food, you gotta try out this place!!!

I got their beef slice ramen and the bubble green milk tea. The ramen is great! I really like all the toppings it came with. The drink though, I'm not sure if I will be able to finish it. I think it tastes like green tea? but it has this very strong floral taste, I figured it would be green too and makes me wonder if they made the wrong drink by accident. It is not bad, just not for me, I'm sure other people would like it.

The food is delicious! Not overly salty like some Asian food. Veggies are very fresh. i highly recommend the Ramen or the Habachi!! Tried their food and couldn't wait to come back!

So first time going here and we ordered pickup online. We got Beef Ramen and Beef Shank Mala Spicy. Website said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and their where no customers in the place at the time and their gentleman asked if we where their or to go. After a couple times explaining we already had a to go order online he seemed surprised and went in the back. Came back a minute later and said it would be another few minutes. 25 minutes later we got our food finally. While the food was definitely delicious I am eating 3 stars because it totally seems like they didn’t pay attention to their online orders even with having nobody in the show. An order that was supposed to be ready in 15 took 45, and it was just 2 bowls of ramen. But like I said, the food was delicious and I will probably try again based on that and hope for better results on the order being done on time.

This place was incredible. We literally loved everything we tried. The cucumber salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. The dumplings, udon, hibachi, and fried chicken were all wonderful. We will definitely be back. Don’t sleep on this one. The prices are fantastic too. Great value!

Fantastic little place. It’s incredibly clean inside, and the food also tastes clean. Everything is fresh and not oil-laden. The customer service was outstanding and the meals and appetizers were top notch. A true hidden gem.
I wish I had stepped in sooner since JBC opened, because it was so good. Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen with Takoyaki appetizer, as others have said both were hot, and came out fast.
I really appreciated the ramen bowl wasn’t overdone with salt. If you want add more salt, more power to you, but I appreciate it when the bowl doesn’t come out too salty. The Takoyaki was quite tasty! Having been around Japan always like trying Takoyaki in the US. Would get that again.
Overall had a very savory dining experience at JBC. Enjoyed how clean and well laid out the restaurant is as well. Will be back to try out other items on the menu but I could order that bowl every time…

This place is definitely a hidden gem. There are generous portions, good prices, and the beef was juicy and tender. Everything looked and tasted great. Ramen portion was also really good. I can’t wait to come back and try more things from the menu. I also had their peach oolong which came with lemon and it was a bit sweeter than i expected but not bad by any means.

Really awesome find. Absolutely amazing ramen. I ordered the Mala which lived up to its spice level and had some great kick to it which was exactly what I was hoping for. Inside is exceptionally clean and provides for a good dine-in experience as well. I will definitely come back and for anyone reading this you should give it a try at least once.
