Delicious cookies, friendly and helpful staff, flexible with pick up and easy to make changes to orders. They also offer cookie decorating classes which I haven’t personally done but I’ve heard are super fun! Staff are kind both in person at the store and over the phone and are quick to respond to emails/phone calls. 😊👍🏼
Gotta give it up to Jenns Cookie Creation. Delicious cookies every time. Their gluten free options are great. The macarons are great. They make just about any design possible that you request. I first ordered from them for my sons bday party and it was hit. Went back to for more cookies to share with staff for appreciation. Later on placed a bigger order for another staff appreciation event. I still get the same consistent customer service. Helpful and patient employees,...
The macarons were excellent. The texture of the cookie had a perfect balance between the light, crumbly crust and the soft, almost chewy center. The filling was delicious and consistently smooth. The half moon cookie was even more soft and moist than the ones I used to eat at the Cookie Nook in Market Place Mall 30 years ago. The staff were very friendly and inviting. All-in-all, I rate Jenn's Cookie Creations an easy 5/5.
