Not a fan of the oven, baked wings jumbo they were not pizza was OK a little dough for a thin crust, pizza and there was not enough sauce and itlavksflavor, If someone else bought it, I would eat it, but I would not go back myself. sorry I don’t mean to be so negative, but I was really hoping to find a replacement for my beloved pizza stop.!’

Chicken bacon ranch pizza was 10/10. It was so nice to have the option of the 10in personal pizzas. A bit pricey but worth it

What happened to Joes Brooklyn Pizza in Brighton. I went there for a lunch slice of pizza at noon. 1/2 the dining room is shut down almost no customers. They were rude to one customer for no reason. Flies on the pizza. It has gone way down over the years. Pizza was so so

Joe's Brooklyn can F right off charging me $12.86 for a pepperoni slice and a buff chicken slice. $6 a slice for paper thin pizza is a no-go.

The best pizza in town is one block west on Monroe. Pontillos will sell you 2x buff chicken slices and 2x pepperoni slices for $15.00 and each slice at pontillos has to weigh 2-3x what a slice here costs.

I won't be back.

Unfortunately, first and last time I would visit this pizza shop. The price is outrageous for the quality of food, bot to mention the gentlemen behind the counter didnt seem to be aware of the correct price for the items, they kept asking each other and saying “I think”. I ordered one cheese slice and one “specialty slice”, two bottled drinks and one order of garlic knots and was set back when I was told it was $21.00. I thought maybe the pizza is amazing and thats where the price is so high. Wrong! I got a Hawaiian slice and the ham on the slice was dry and hard, barely any pineapple or sauce on it. My son enjoyed his slice, although I find it questionable since we were both starving at the time. Also, as we sat in the dinning area eating our pizzas, I witnessed the dough man, managing dough and so often touching the register screen to help one of the young men out. With his right hand he navigated the screen meanwhile holding the dough in the left, then would return to handling the dough with both. Not so much for cleanliness here, wouldn't recommend.

Usually I like the pizza from Joe's but this time it was like chewing on cardboard. The pie had clearly been sitting out for a long time and the amount of flour on the bottom made it taste foul. Also, the service was pretty terrible. For the high prices it doesn't seem like decent pizza and service is too much to ask for.

The joes Brooklyn pizza in brighton is terrible. I was in the restaurant to order a medium pizza. Asked for a menu was told to go online & they have no menus. I didnt have my phone with me to go online. The young kid had no skills in customer service & certainly didn't seem to want to sell pizza at 4:55 pm. Place was not busy. I ordered a medium grandma's I remember ordering that in henrietta. Ask the young kid, if they had that pizza and he said yes. Paid for the medium pizza $28.00. I asked if I could order just a slice of their vegetable piece, the special was buy one get one free. The kid told me it's 5 pm & that's over with. I have been in the restaurant business for a very long time. I would have honored it for the guest. Considering there were loads of pizza slices sitting out & you don't want to sell the bleeping special. You don't have any customers beating the door down. Some of the sliced pizza look like they had been sitting for hours.
I was reading the comments & noticed the owner was going to address customer service with staff months ago, well that went on deaf ears......nothing has changed. We got home to eat the pizza the crust was not like the one in henrietta. The dough was dried out & certainly not a NY style. My husband was not happy & said that place is so bad we will go to henrietta the next time. Hopefully, that one has not gone down hill, too. Places like Fava, Blaze Pizza are doing an amazing job making pizza and taking care of the customers, too.
Don't see the Brighton Brooklyn pizza lasting.

Used to be a decent pizza place that now has gone downhill! I ordered for a large party and was essentially embarrassed in front of my guests at how dry and bad the pizza was! I wish I read the comments before ordering!

Used to be a favorite but it has gone so downhill that we will never be returning. Service is unbelievably rude and unhelpful and more than one of my orders have been messed up. I’ve received burnt wings more than once and gotten pizzas with missing toppings (sometimes missing the only topping) more than once. The only resolution that has been offered has been a free topping which is not acceptable after messing up a 3rd order, and is especially not acceptable when we went to use this and again received a pizza missing it’s only topping.
