Wow. What a disappointment, especially for $75 for TWO medium pizzas. We ordered two pizzas, pepperoni/mushroom and veggie. Veggie was supposed to be thick crust, but was exactly the same as the Brooklyn pepperoni/mushroom. Toppings were VERY skimpy. Each slice had about 2/3 topping and 1/3 plain crust. VERY skimpy is being generous. I've had more pepperoni on a slice from the gas station pizza.

Absolutely worse experience. Called ordered pizza and wings and person on phone was rude and miserable. Picked up pizza ordered extra cheese and half pep and seriously was like 4 pepperonis on pie what a complete waste of 45$ and the employee that rang me out was miserable as well. I will never return here AGAIN!!!!!!!

The guy who took my order was not the friendliest nor very helpful. I was hoping the pizza would make the experience better. The crust was good, however the sauce they use has a very strange flavor to it. Can't quite pinpoint it, but it's not something that I liked on the pizza. Since there are so many other options I'll probably not go back.

Worst order I've ever had. Got the "triple play" pepperoni 2 slice deal and 12 wings. First the order was 35 minutes late. Then the Triple pep apparently means 4 on one slice and 5 on the other. Then I got 11 wings (10 were flats and 1 drum) and I don't know if it was the driver or lack of care but 3 were eaten with loose bones and all. They use to be amazing but something's happened over the last 2 years where they just seem to not care. My last order from them was awful but gave them another shot. Now regret that choice. I can get 8 dollar slices of pizza somewhere that actually gives a s

This gotta be worst waste of $81 ever. Being a transplant from Buffalo and not finding any good pizza around here in 7 years I was excited when I was recommended Joes. I literally got a dry pie of crust ( Supposed be steak pizza). Whoever thought it’s a good idea to sell baked chicken wings with pizza should be fired. Garlic Romano baked wings in a no. (Looked white tasted worst). This is from the Brighton location. Not sure how they have 3 but it Rochester I guess.

The thin crust pepperoni sausage pizza wasn't thin ir tasty, the wings weren't crispy as I ordered, and the garlic knots were tasteless. Sorry but only been here twice and burned both times. Plus the prices are ridiculous, over $60 for bad food

This place has gone down hill in a big way. The skinny guy frequently picks up the slices with his bare hands!! They leave raw chicken wings sitting in room temperature (can see the wings when you walk in and in the same place when you walk out). Cleaning is definitely not a priority there. Funny that the TVs have been turned away from the customers and towards the kitchen so the staff could watch TV. I'd say worry less about watching TV and more about having a clean kitchen, using gloves, and clean tables for your customers before you turn off any more of your loyal and repeat customers.

It looks like they gave me a pie that they keep behind the counter for single slices that has been sitting there since noon. The pizza literally looked like and tasted like hard cardboard. I was born and raised in NYC and this place should be embarrassed calling themselves “brooklyn pizza”. You can even clearly tell it's old from the picture. Furthermore, they didn’t include my 2 liter soda and the Grubhub driver stated that the people that work there treated him like garbage when he went to pick up the food. I wouldn’t eat here. Waste of money.

Don't order their sheet Pizza. I paid 40$ and was given a pie that had mostly uncooked, raw dough on the insideCalled to return it, they said they *couldn't* refund me, but can get me a free pizza as a replacement tomorrow. I have had great pizza here before, so figured it was just an accident.Came back and my replacement pizza was only slightly more cooked than the last one, so I think this is just how they make their sheets.I'm not a picky guy, I used to work at a Pizza joint and ate "mistakes" ranging from undercooked to charcoal burnt all the time. But this was definitely inedible, and to top it off I was refused a refund outright on something that could make someone sick if they ate it.Leaving a star because their thin crust is still excellent.P.S. - Back entrance floor was absolutely slick with oil and I almost busted my hump
