I highly recommend coming here for some quality sushi! Super friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food!! Has a cozy informal kind of vibe, but the sushi is plated beautifully. The eel sashimi is out of this world good, it’s grilled and it melts in your mouth. The escolar was also delicious. I’ve been getting my sushi exclusively from Keep It Rollin Sushi Bar. They are hands-down the BEST in Rochester! I have known the owners for over 12 years and followed them across the city as they worked at various sushi restaurants—until they finally opened their own establishment.

The sushi is always incredibly fresh, and the variety of rolls they offer is amazing—there’s something for every taste, and they’re always coming up with creative new options.

I went to get sushi from this establishment on 9/11/25 and they have great customer service I asked a bunch of questions because I never ate there before and I was able to order a bunch of delicious sushi for my parents and I the food was prepared fast as well thank you for your service my family was satisfied
