There was some confusion on one of the items being in stock so I assume the lady got angry and put another employee on the mic to take the order. He was calm and took my order. When I recieved the order at the window it was from the lady who got annoyed and couldn’t finish taking my order. You can see in the image below as to what she gave to me for my $11 order. Completely ridiculous. Also I was not given a reciept becuase there was no paper apparently. Do NOT come to this KFC.

I had the WORST experience at this KFC. I will never return!!! I ordered online and went through the drive thru when the order said it was ready. They refused to give me my food and said I had to wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out to me. That was about an hour ago and they still haven't given me my food!!! I am livid!!!

Unprofessional staff smoking in front of the store and take forever to even greet you. They didn’t make my online order yesterday and closed earlier than hours stated online. Went in today to see if they can make it as my card was already charged. Proceeds to tell me she can’t process a refund in store or make my food. Tells me to go call the corporate line and could give less about the hassle that I already went through. Avoid this place. Owner should clear house and fire current staff. Place looks dirty and likely wouldn’t pass a health inspection.

Never did I ever in my 59 years alive did I ever have a bad pot pie from this KFC. Idk if they come in frozen and they bake them or they make them right there but the carrots and potatoes were not done..there were pieces of chicken meat that were dry..I could feel it thru the little gravy it had bcuz I'm big on texture. I was tired and really looking forward to eating this once I got to my hotel room but Man..what a disappointment.

I tried to place an online order, it was accepted and I got the notification it was ready for pickup, when I pulled up to the window there was a sign that they were closed. How was my order accepted and marked prepared if no one was at the restaurant? I tried calling and the phone went right to being busy. I’ll be calling corporate but avoiding coming here if you can.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS, THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL RUDE AND DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS, IT ALWAYS TAKES 15 MINUTES TO GET FOOD WHETHER AT DRIVE THRU OR INSIDE BECAUSE THEY MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE. AND THE QUALITY IS ALWAYS HIT OR MISS. This place went downhill and I will not be ordering from here ever again.

There were only 2 employees in the entire building. They said they were open until 10 pm but when we got there at 7 pm, they were closed, even though the drive through was open and there were chairs inside. The employees were very rude. Would not recommend.

It took over 15 minutes to get an order at the drive up window. When I asked to talk with the manager, the drive up employee started swearing at me and my son. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
