Ordered online a few times. Each time there has always been something wrong. For example, forgetting items, putting things on food that I specifically said not to, and soggy boxes. Probably won’t order from this place again since this keeps happening, and I promise my orders aren’t hard to follow at all. It simple, no gravy on this or that, and include the items I ask/pay for.

I ordered 4 $5 bowls with NO GRAVY and yet they all came with the nasty ass gravy when I called so I could get refund as the store would be closed by time I got there they kept picking up and hanging up then sent me to voice I will be calling corporate because this is bullshit. Mind you they used the SMALLEST pieces of chicken ever smaller then a chicken nugget.
Dietary restrictions: Said no gravy as we CAN NOT HAVE IT and they put a shit ton on everything with their IGNORANT asses

I've been a total of two times before, and both times the people who took my order were exceptional. Brian took our order this most recent time, and he was incredibly helpful taking our order and making conversation with us while we were eating. He asked us about ourselves and was very friendly and nice to talk to.

Asked for 3 thighs and leg piece, Mac and cheese, mashed and a lemonade with no ice. Got a Breast, French fries and ice in my drink. That's 3 strikes. Very poor customer service on top of that.
