They had Jill Scott’s NPR Tiny Desk concert playing as I walked in- I knew *immediately* this is a hidden gem. ♥️ This place is cozy so smaller groups are recommend if you wanna dine in; they are on DoorDash and Uber eats though!

I ate there for the first time yesterday and the food was banging omg everything had so much flavor you got to go you have not been 10 outta 10 💯💯💯

Killa's Kitchen is a hidden gem that has diners excited to return. The food is described as amazing, great, and to die for, with everything tasting delicious, comforting, and filled with love and soul. Groups have ordered wings, catfish, shrimp, pork chops, turkey wings, and a mess of sides, while breakfast favorites include corned beef hash eggs and toast with bacon and home fries, and a steak, egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. The fried chicken and waffle with a side of home fries w/ peppers and onions also impressed. Other highlights include the Yams, perfectly sweet, the cheesy baked mac, the Macaroni and cheese that is too good, fried chicken, collard greens with smoked meat, and a fish sandwich made with three huge pieces of fried catfish on two slices of white bread. The vegetarian Lasagna looked good too. Service is A1, fast and friendly, with a waitress cracking jokes with the crew. The place is cozy, so smaller groups are recommended for dining in, and it is on DoorDash and Uber eats. The aroma from outside is definitely telling, and despite the outside looks, the food is great. The menu could use a little bit more verity, and there was wayyyyy too much butter on the toast, but that is all that's bad. Killa's Kitchen is a new spot for great food and a go-to breakfast place.
