Got a taro bubble tea with tapioca pearls. It was ok. Nothing amazing. Tea was a little bitter.

I had a fantastic experience at this kung fu tea! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I mentioned it was my first visit, and the woman taking orders patiently guided me through the options, and made an excellent recommendation. The drink was delightful—not excessively sweet, and had the perfect amount of ice. The boba pearls were cooked to perfection, offering a delightful chewy texture. Overall, a wonderful experience!

tastes like fake milk, always gives me a stomach ache, and I think the cake they gave me they pulled out of the freezer and put it on a plate. Didn't even bother reheating it lmao, I literally tasted the ice.

This is literally the only good bubble tea place in Rochester. You either get this or Tai Chi. The tapioca pearls were good, but the tea was a bit bitter. Unlike Tai Chi, you can also chose the sugar and ice grade. (For reference, I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, 75% sugar, no ice)
Omg the customer service here is SO BAD. I had an issue with a mobile order and the employees were so unhelpful. They didn't try to help at all. I went back to my car to mess more with the app and when I went in to retrieve the order, the door was locked at 5pm when I was just in there two minutes prior and they close at 9. The THREE employees just stared at me while I gestured that the door was locked. They continued to do nothing. FINALLY one of them came to the door and unlocked it... Turns out they are open...they had no idea why it was locked.
