Eternally understaffed, they reopened recently. Crazy Bread is hit or miss, Pretzel crust is ridiculously salty. Cheese sauce has to be some American meme. Deepdish forever. Try to order through the app and pick it up in store. Leave a tip because lord knows they need it. Love to the staff. If you want better pizza don't be a crybaby and spend twice as much elsewhere - LC is for the strong.

Edit: I originally gave this place a 5, but as with almost everything these days, it really depends on who’s working, who’s managing, and who’s cooking. Today was less pleasant than yesterday based on someone else working, but I’m just gonna leave my initial review below… Customer service was quite solid. No issues. Placed an order for the Thin Crust half& half cheese and pepperoni couldn't have asked for a better pizza to be made they did an excellent job cooking it well & it was not burnt or hard while eating Nice Job to the Crew on Monroe Ave ?
