It's as good as I remember it years ago. My mom's Philly steak plate was better than my fried pickles and chicken plate. Sad to say but I had too many pickles so it was a bit too salty at the end.

Just tried this place, and I was blown away. I'm no expert on phillies, but this is hands down the best I've had.
I had a plain cheese steak, partner had a garlic parm version. The bread was fresh and soft, but with a light crust. The filling was hot, fresh and flavorful. We had cheese sticks and fried pickle chips on the side. I could tell they were hand breaded in the shop, and right out of the fryer.

If you need a quick lunch this place is decent. Great menu selection and quick service as it’s not very busy. Staff is pretty uninterested in providing good service and will only do whatever you ask. Like you won’t get ketchup brought for your fries unless you interrupt them to ask for it. Sandwiches are dry and don’t come with mayo so I recommend adding it. I would go back I would just communicate more thoroughly for what I wanted.
