You guys lost a customer today. I don't appreciate lies. I don't appreciate snotty attitudes. And I sure do not appreciate mistakes in my order. I called at 5:30 and explicitly asked if they were running busy. They said no and that the pizza would be delivered within 30 to 45 minutes. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. I am a single dad. You know it's got to be bad if I'm dropping hard-earned money on a pizza on Sunday night. I'm freaking exhausted, otherwise I'd be cooking. At about the 1 hour mark, I call them up to check on where my pizza is. I get some snotty attitude and told that it's going to be about another half an hour. Moments later, thankfully, the pizza showed up. But it was a cheese pizza. Not what I ordered nor paid for. My kids were damn near cannibals by the time they got the pizza they did not ask for. Thanks for pushing me over the edge.

The pizza from this location, Jefferson Rd, Henrietta NY, has excellent pizza. I have been getting it from this location, since 2018. I used to live in Henrietta . It's always fresh and hot, with plenty of toppings. I live in Greece NY, but I make the drive across town, for my pizza. Highly recommended. I was asked, when I went. Once a month. I'm going to get a pizza today.

Marks has been our go to pizza joint for decades. Can’t be beat! We usually do standard pepperoni or cheese; but when I have a chance, the Buffalo Chicken pizza is outstanding! Our favorite place for meatball subs as well.

Let me save you the trouble: if you're expecting warm food and honest service from Mark’s Pizzeria, you’re better off microwaving a frozen dinner. At least that comes hot.
I ordered a chicken tenders salad on Thursday night and it came with no chicken tenders. I called multiple times trying to get a manager but I got out of work semi later in the day so when I called there was no manager in. When I called Saturday afternoon the manger told me he couldn’t give me a refund 4 days later (even tho it was only a day and a half later) I told him I would be ok with a credit but was only credited for the chicken tenders which was fine bc I still had the salad in my fridge. When I got to marks there was no credit added. The manager was dismissive and quickly served me cold, rubbery chicken—not tenders, not edible, and definitely not fresh. So I went back in and kindly asked for chicken tenders that were cooked. I got served the same chicken just Lukewarm.
It’s one thing to mess up an order, it’s another to not offer someone a refund after ruing their dinner and then just throw food at them to get them away from your counter That’s not just bad service—it’s poor management.
If you care about your money, your meal, or being treated with basic respect as a customer, skip Mark’s Pizzeria. I won’t be back, and I recommend you don’t either.

First time here. Google Maps' directions were kinda round about and confusing . We ordered our pizza to go and it was yummy. Good crust, good amount of cheese and pepperoni.
