We love Mark’s! The pizza is always delicious and made just the way we like it—crispy, cheesy, and consistently perfect. It’s become a Friday night staple for our family. Mr. Matt and his team are always friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Highly recommend!

Marks has been our go to pizza joint for decades. Can’t be beat! We usually do standard pepperoni or cheese; but when I have a chance, the Buffalo Chicken pizza is outstanding! Our favorite place for meatball subs as well.

Let me save you the trouble: if you're expecting warm food and honest service from Mark’s Pizzeria, you’re better off microwaving a frozen dinner. At least that comes hot.
I ordered a chicken tenders salad on Thursday night and it came with no chicken tenders. I called multiple times trying to get a manager but I got out of work semi later in the day so when I called there was no manager in. When I called Saturday afternoon the manger told me he couldn’t give me a refund 4 days later (even tho it was only a day and a half later) I told him I would be ok with a credit but was only credited for the chicken tenders which was fine bc I still had the salad in my fridge. When I got to marks there was no credit added. The manager was dismissive and quickly served me cold, rubbery chicken—not tenders, not edible, and definitely not fresh. So I went back in and kindly asked for chicken tenders that were cooked. I got served the same chicken just Lukewarm.
It’s one thing to mess up an order, it’s another to not offer someone a refund after ruing their dinner and then just throw food at them to get them away from your counter That’s not just bad service—it’s poor management.
If you care about your money, your meal, or being treated with basic respect as a customer, skip Mark’s Pizzeria. I won’t be back, and I recommend you don’t either.

First time here. Google Maps' directions were kinda round about and confusing . We ordered our pizza to go and it was yummy. Good crust, good amount of cheese and pepperoni.

I should have known from the minute the person a young girl who took my order over the phone that this somehow was going to turn out bad . She before I could finish any sentence or tell her what items I wanted on each sub or on my pizza she was rushing me through the order and even hung up on me before I could say that I needed the steak subs cut into 4 pieces oh well when I got their no one asked me anything or greeted me I used the bathroom and then came a second time to the counter again I had to tell them what I was their for well when I ordered the 2 steaks I specifically item by item asked for what I wanted extra moz cheese mushrooms , green peppers , and light banana peppers since they had no hot pepper option , ordered a medium pizza also when I did get the food and took one steak sub appart so my dog could have it with no bread I had ordered xtra cheese so it just looked like cheese on the steak and I specified item by item what to put on the subs but by the time I bit into mine I realized that it had mayonnaise on it and yuck but my dog already ate his and when I brought it back I was told that mayonnaise goes on every steak I said I never put mayonnaise on a steak and she argued with me a like 17 year old is arguing with me about putting mayonnaise on a sub that I didn't order that way and my dog would never be Givin anything with a condiment like that and then the manager agreed to give a credit for next time I said I'm hungry now and the insolent no it all girl still has her mouth open were closed we aren't going to make subs now lol anyways it went on and on and I recommend that they fire her or my rec ommendation is if they don't to tell everyone that I can to never go to marks pizza on jefferson rd I at one time had 4 pizza resterants in rochester and she would be gone immediately

This Mark's is the best!!!! We order here from work all the time, and it is consistently perfect. Everyone is very friendly. I was not paid to say this, NOR (or would it be "or" in this sentence? I'm saying things in my head now and I just don't sound like the person who would say "NOR". I feel like that's a higher class person, or maybe British or something. Maybe now that I think about it, it's just one of those things that you automatically say without realizing it, like saying "like" after every 30th word, but we would never type that out. I'm sensing that I've kind of lost track of my original point, oh yeah I don't work there. You guys are awesome!

We had a company lunch today at Tracey Road and we had pizza from Marks. This location is great the food was great the delivery was fast and on time. We will be ordering again soon for our next company lunch!
