The kids taking the order on the phone should pay attention to what is being ordered instead of worrying about other things, I usually only give a 3 chances but this oney kids like. Fix your problems and I give a better review

I liked this pizza (pizza) and my father liked that you could order with a thin crust. Prices reasonable. Pizza in some shops has gotten super expensive. Price here was fair. Ready on time.

Stayed at the Doubltree with allot of pizza options but chose Marks Pizzeria and was not disappointed. The pizza was awesome to include a solid amount of ingredients. While the price maybe slightly higher than the others, the service and quality simply outweighed any other pizza I have had anywhere in years. Truly the best pizza and ingredients and would highly recommend them for anyone local or anyone here on business and or group events.

Ordered delivery 3 hours before I needed it for my lunch at 11am. Almost $100 worth of pizza and wings including delivery and tip and it was over a half hour late. Called twice to find out status and they said they had another delivery at the same time--I guess it was in Buffalo! Definitely my last attempt at the Henrietta location.

Received the wrong pizza. They related on the phone I would be given a credit. That did not occur when I was attempting to use the credit the following week. I related the situation to the staff and they were extremely rude. They acted as if it was my fault they messed up the ordered and then messed up the "correcting" of the mistake. Done with Marks completely.
Waa totally blown away by the price of a medium size pizza! Micro small to begin with, added pepperoni and onions, cost was 18.99 plus 5.00 for a local less than a 1/5 of a mile delivery cost over 25.00!

Marks ordered a pizza that I never ordered then brought it to my house and got upset with me that they ordered a pizza to my house that I never ordered, Dude banned me and harassed me over text I still have the messages.

if you know pizza. this pizza is the most disgusting in Rochester ny. Anything but marks. had to switch to Salvatore's 100 times better. Marks says e is disgusting cheap pizza all the way around.

My family has ordered from Marks for over 15 years, but recently we have only received negative service. We order lots of pizza and wings for our whole extended family to celebrate the night before my cousins wedding. They got the order completely wrong so we called and we're blown away about how rude they were. We told them our order was wrong and the man over the phone said in an extremely rude tone "Well what do you want us to do about it" as if it was our fault our order was wrong. This was unacceptable and I was very surprised by the service. They continued to give us a hard time and didn't offer to do anything.
