I'm new to NY, and I have not eaten bread this awesome. I don't buy the DiPaolo from Wegmans anymore. I am now sitting in my car waiting for this place to open now. Crazy. And it's less expensive than what I used to buy.

For anyone who mourned the loss of those delicious Martusciello rolls and baked goods, great news, the bakery reopened now as Casa Saratoga. The lights were on when I drove by there recently, so I stopped in today to see what was going on. A very friendly woman greeted me and went on to tell me that some of the same people are making many of the same type of rolls and baked goods as they did when the bakery was operating as Martusciello's. And the prices are still very reasonable...
