Woe I am, for this is the McDonalds closest to my house. Three times this month I have had issues with their app and the coupons, where the app takes my money and the store denies me food. Very aggravating. I don't plan on coming back for some time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder through the McDonald's app, but was given a plain burger with only ketchup missing all the ingredients I paid for. When I pointed this out to the staff, they refused to correct their mistake.
I contacted both the store and McDonald’s corporate, providing evidence of the incorrect order, but they ignored my complaint and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Even more frustrating, despite McDonald's receiving the payment directly through the app, they make you contact DoorDash if there's an issue. When I did, DoorDash just sent me back to McDonald’s, leaving me stuck in a loop and my complaint never being handled. The entire process is blatantly deceptive.
I have saved all emails, recorded phone calls, and kept receipts the evidence is blatant. This is not just about the money it's about business ethics and customer service.
I strongly urge anyone who has experienced similar issues whether it’s being overcharged, receiving the wrong order, or being ignored by McDonald's customer service to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the state’s Attorney General’s Office. This is the only way to ensure McDonald’s addresses this issue and that others don’t have to deal with the same poor service or waste their hard-earned money. If enough people speak up, we can make sure this location gets the attention it deserves, and it doesn’t happen again.

I had the Worst customer service ever in my life. I ordered and waited for 26 minutes and after that, I had to refund my money back coz I was late coz they took too long and worse the service. I asked them where's my order they showed me to the table, which was already too cold. I felt so disrespected, and they never called my order number.
