I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder through the McDonald's app, but was given a plain burger with only ketchup missing all the ingredients I paid for. When I pointed this out to the staff, they refused to correct their mistake.
I contacted both the store and McDonald’s corporate, providing evidence of the incorrect order, but they ignored my complaint and refused to issue a refund or replacement. Even more frustrating, despite McDonald's receiving the payment directly through the app, they make you contact DoorDash if there's an issue. When I did, DoorDash just sent me back to McDonald’s, leaving me stuck in a loop and my complaint never being handled. The entire process is blatantly deceptive.
I have saved all emails, recorded phone calls, and kept receipts the evidence is blatant. This is not just about the money it's about business ethics and customer service.
I strongly urge anyone who has experienced similar issues whether it’s being overcharged, receiving the wrong order, or being ignored by McDonald's customer service to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the state’s Attorney General’s Office. This is the only way to ensure McDonald’s addresses this issue and that others don’t have to deal with the same poor service or waste their hard-earned money. If enough people speak up, we can make sure this location gets the attention it deserves, and it doesn’t happen again.

I had the Worst customer service ever in my life. I ordered and waited for 26 minutes and after that, I had to refund my money back coz I was late coz they took too long and worse the service. I asked them where's my order they showed me to the table, which was already too cold. I felt so disrespected, and they never called my order number. Well it's hard to tell what would have happened if I actually got food. However, I went at 1045 pm (you're supposed to close at 11) and the message was already on the drive thru speaker saying you were closed. Everyone was inside still cleaning. If you aren't going to stay open then your hours shouldn't be until 11pm

Pretty sad to see an entire drive thru line pass you while you're waiting for your food to come out, when no one was behind you when you ordered. Their idea of compensation was a pie, seriously? Never coming back. I had to call inside, TWICE to remind them.

Terrible customer service. No attempt at troubleshooting and they acted bothered. The better pay the worse it gets. It's surprising considering. I wouldn't spend a dime here. I avoid fast food in general but sometimes it's the only option. This location will never even be a last resort. Wish zero stars was an option.

Food was cold and incorrect, when I went to go get my correct order, I got attitude from the employee and the manager. They took my food fixed what was missing threw it back into the microwave and gave it to me. They refused to make my food fresh. They used the same food I came back with including the French fries.

I don’t recommend I waited 45 minutes for my order of chicken nuggets and frites and 3 happy meals , I suggest the one right by the mall next to pet I that ones quick and easy, I went up and asked for my offer and they said we will get to you when we can they forgot about my slushy and didn’t give me my fires I had to repeatedly
