This place is so ghetto. They never get the orders right and when you tell them they give you an attitude about it. McDoubles were so salty and we could not eat them. This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to

Breakfast wraps don't seem fresh. They tend to be dry like they've been sitting under a heat lamp. Everything else is to be as expected.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and watched cars after us in the 2nd lane have their order taken. We drove up to the window and the cashier just looked at us. We asked her to open the window and asked if the speaker in that lane wasn't working. Her reply was "yeah it works, we're short staffed." We asked if we could order and she told us we had to go get back in line and wait again behind the 5 other cars that were waiting to order.

I just got home after ordering drive thru from this location. My son's 6 piece McNugget happy meal only came with 3 McNuggets. Pretty annoying.

I don usually stop at McD. I had a gift card… I thought because this store was in a nice area it would be good, it was noon. Fries old n cold sandwich was not even warm. Craptacular!

Upon completing my Doordash order for the Big Breakfast, I placed a subsequent call for extra butter + syrup once payment processed, etc. As there's NOT an option to request this thru online ordering. Male that answered @ 914am on 12/13/24 provided NO NAME. Upon making inquiry, he stated: "I'm the Manager." When asked again for HIS NAME, he stated: Sha-nan (?) Needless to say, order arrived with NO butter. Actually THIS location should be RENAMED to: "CAN'T GET RIGHT" as I've encountered similar issues a few times previously. I even paused in placing orders for awhile thru this restaurant due to LACK of FOCUS and professionalism. So apparently, NOTHING'S CHANGED. What's totally unacceptable is talking to someone identifying as Manager🤔
This is definitely MY LAST time conducting any business WITH THEM @ THIS location & I certainly go elsewhere bc it's definitely NOT WORTH all the aggravation experienced each time I order either for delivery, take out or dine in!

Generally a terrible experience every time I’ve been there. I question why I go back, but sometimes you're desperate for something quick. Save yourself and drive the 2 minutes down the road to Burger King.

The drive through worker was incredibly rude and this wasn’t the first time. This time though He was said “why it take you so long to respond you’re just staring at me” then mimicked my face. I literally have a disorder I can’t help it.
