They treated me horribly, when I only asked for the order in good shape Because I had been there for 20 minutes and the manager yelled at me and when they asked for ketchup the person who was next to me a worker shouted at him check the cameras at 9:25 pm and you will see many canceled because of the bad way they had with me terrible customer service I sent that they blocked me from Uber this place, because I don't come back anymore

Beautiful store pretty well kept for the most part. Can become very crowded fast (inside and drive thru) during any time. Parking can also be tricky if drive thru is backed up. Tonight had to be the absolute WORSE SERVICE. Waited well over 45 minutes to get 3 Grinch meals I ordered ahead of time using McDonald's mobile app. Check you bag(s) before you leave they often miss things

This is continuously the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I ordered breakfast online once and I had to wait 30 minutes and they stopped serving breakfast in that time. Then they blamed me for not arriving early enough. The wait is so incredibly long. This is my last time I’ll ever go. It’s not fast food at all. And then you think there’s no wait because there’s no cars in the drive through, and somehow they still make you wait for 20+ minutes

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. We sat at a table and staff refused to bring it out to us. They said they dont do that. Staff finally made our food after we went up to the counter. The whole time they were asking if anyone was here for “curbside”, instead of bringing the food out to the cars waiting by the curbside… wow. They hate their job and refuse to do the bare minimum.

They need to change there open and close schedule. I went there this morning and tried to get in at 5 am . There doors were locked until 5:30 even though according to their sign they were supposed to be open at 5 am . Where’s some accountability!!!

My friend broke her nose here and the manager was awesome. He was very helpful and made sure everything was good. Fire service, 10/10 would recommend. Who ever the manager was 12/2 around 7 pm, you need a raise. Best manager ever and sat with us while we waited for the ambulance he called.

VERY disorganized, slower than slow, inefficient!! All the orders were all mixed up, went out to wrong customers, orders were missing while other orders went unclaimed. What a HUGE mess. Just a cluster!!! I very politely asked about my food, after waiting a long time n got my head snapped off for asking. No one knows what's going on or supposed to be happening. A few seem like they're trying but the rest do not.
