Me and my sister went to get some lunch
We ordered at the kiosk and when the McDonald’s employee came to give us our food she was very disrespectful and she acted like she didn’t want her job. My sister waited fifteen minutes to get our drink cups. The manager doesn’t enforce the rules so the employees don’t get reprimanded for their actions. They don’t deserve to get paid $15 per hour. So walking into this McDonald’s and all you can smell is raw sewage. I mentioned it to the cashier and he said the smell is all throughout the restaurant

I mobile ordered a cold brew frappe and a medium fry. I completed the transaction via my phone and put in my slot for pick-up. I waited almost 15 minutes in the parking spot and never received service. I walked in and asked about my order. I was told my order didn’t go through because they don’t offer a cold brew frappe anymore. I talked to three different people, and no one could help me.
