Average McDonald’s food, but I never had a person outshine before. A gentleman at the counter seen our struggle with the kiosk and immediately helped us. They did forget our drink but immediately fixed the issue without a second thought. Even gave my kid a slushie. Unfortunately I did get the man’s name but he was actively at the counter all night. Definitely needs a praise he went beyond what he needed to do.

One of the most consistent McDonalds in the Rochester area. If you go during lunch/dinner rush you may need to wait a bit but staff is always friendly and efficient, food is typically fresh. It is fast food after all and things may sit for a bit but 99% of the time everything seems fresh so I still go out of my way to hit up this store if I'm craving a McDonald's breakfast
