Make sure you order is right before leaving the first intercom and you will get what you pay for.
Like all "mcdonalds" the ice cream machine is down sometimes. It usually works during the day. But the later at night it is, the higher probability, it will be down.

Average McDonald’s food, but I never had a person outshine before. A gentleman at the counter seen our struggle with the kiosk and immediately helped us. They did forget our drink but immediately fixed the issue without a second thought. Even gave my kid a slushie. Unfortunately I did get the man’s name but he was actively at the counter all night. Definitely needs a praise he went beyond what he needed to do.
