It's McDonald's. What do you want? It was clean. I went through the drive-thru and all the areas outside of the store were neat and tidy. The people I interacted with were smiling and look like they had a good time

Went to the drive thru with a phone order. Not greeted. Just asked what we wanted. First window attendant just motioned us on. Couldnt be bothered to greet or smile. Fries weren't fresh. Employees just staring at each other. Crazy how they want so much for menu items and per hour but they're so negative.

Won't be going back. Service and atmosphere suck there. Management should be more proactive. Maybe train the employees to properly greet...

When I got up to order I was asked to wait a minute which was okay the other lane was ordering no problem four cars had ordered before she came back to take my order after sitting there for 4 to 5 minutes and me having to say hello is anyone there I should have been next not 4 cars later. I got my food and went home which is about 5 minutes away and the fries were cold it will be a little while before going back to that location.
