They take hours to answer the phone like why is there even a number to call and you got workers hitting on you so i don’t know if my case if messed up bc i didn’t wanna go out with the worker it’s disgusting how they treat people.

We have to write our comments on posters so that it appears on the news and the government sees what their employees do to us. Since Friday I have been asking for a place to stay with my 4 minor children and they have denied me that help.

It's has to be some joke to them, I'm definitely not laughing. Had my phone interview and the Caseworker mailed me information they need to process my case, I sent needed paperwork thru via NYdocSubmit. A week after submitting my paperwork I received mail from them stating I had missed my interview and need to reschedule. Trying to call and speak to someone is impossible.

No one answers the phone lines!!! I was on hold from 10am- 2:15pm. There is no way that many people are holding for that long... well, after a second day of being in the phone for over 4hrs. I actually took a shower, caught 2 buses and waited in line to be called to the window and they still never answered the phone. My concerns really weren't addressed even after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I guess it's a joke to play with people lives.....

Mrs. Petersen case worker who answered the phone had a pleasant voice. She had patience, and understanding and verified information to make sure the mailing address was correct . She edited my roommate's information and explained he was ebt cash and I wasn't where I needed to call the snap benefit office
