Mrs. Petersen case worker who answered the phone had a pleasant voice. She had patience, and understanding and verified information to make sure the mailing address was correct . She edited my roommate's information and explained he was ebt cash and I wasn't where I needed to call the snap benefit office
I ordered my card through but I dont think they put my info thru system and they blame Albany for. Plus not a safe location to keep going back there
They were very respectful and honest and nice , I don't think I've ever been treated so nice at a government building .
