Mrs. Petersen case worker who answered the phone had a pleasant voice. She had patience, and understanding and verified information to make sure the mailing address was correct . She edited my roommate's information and explained he was ebt cash and I wasn't where I needed to call the snap benefit office
Was a walk in. I was in and out. Understood my case... Front desk lady was kind. Staff greeted with hi hello.
Thank you dhs now I’m going to be able to get my city back up an running. I been nothing but honest to dhs when i loose a job i tell you when get a job I tell you. When I find a job that’s going to support me I will tell you. But what we not gone do is play with me in the meantime
