It is very good that SSA has an officer who speaks my language. It is much better than Language line. I want to thank Yulia Kozak for her professionalism and attention to someone else's problem. After the appointment, this officer has a feeling that over time everything will change and everything will be fine. Special thanks to Yulia Kozak and SSA for having such people working for them!
Mrs. Petersen case worker who answered the phone had a pleasant voice. She had patience, and understanding and verified information to make sure the mailing address was correct . She edited my roommate's information and explained he was ebt cash and I wasn't where I needed to call the snap benefit office
