My first experience with this restaurant is via a grub hub order. Website/menu was easy to use. Food was fresh and delicious. I deducted one star because my special request note was not followed. I ordered the Southwest Smoke bowl over mixed greens and requested, "No corn, pretty please. Replacing it with avocado would be appreciated." I'm fine with the extra avocado not being included but it did come with corn. I'm sure you can imagine how tough it is to pick out corn from salad greens. I'm sure if I ordered on-site it would have been a different experience.

I really enjoyed the bowl I got for lunch. It was delicious. All of the vegetables were cut fresh and the pulled beef was extremely tender. The portion size was perfect. I would prefer this over any chain type meal. It was on the pricey side for the bowl and a bottled water it was 18 and change. Me and my coworkers notice a "Face Friendly" sticker on the door and decided to look it up. Found a website for a radical organization that was kinda scary. 2 of them now refuse to go back! They thought they were supporting a business that was promoting healthy food and well being. Guess not!

Love love love this place! I was in the area for work and wanted something quick, fresh, and healthy, I ordered a salmon poke bowl with a kale base and it was sooo delicious! The salmon was flavored perfectly and it didn't taste fishy. I thought the ingredients were really fresh. I like the sesame ginger sauce that came with it although I only used a little bit. The inside of this joint is super bright and cute! There is only street parking but there are a few spots outside if you come during a quieter time. I would return!

The place is nice. Food is fresh. The chicken however was terrible. Tasted like detergent was in it or some kind of cleaning product. Maybe the spices they used just gave me that taste. My friends tasted it and said it didn’t taste like any cleaning stuff. And it was super salty, almost inedible. They agreed on the part of the saltiness. Had to throw out allll the chicken. Went to an employee, told him I didn’t like the chicken and was throwing it out. I asked if I should give to him to throw out and he said “the trash is over there.” I knew where the trash was. I only asked the d*** question to see what he would say, if he would offer to give me another protein to replace. He didn’t. Didn’t even apologize for me not liking it. Super poor customer service in that regard. Paid 14 bucks or so. And I was really dissatisfied with that. Because I basically just paid for grains, greens, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans and corn. But hey those things were decent and fresh at least and they did give a lot, for me to eat twice. The dressing options were ok. They did let me try a couple so that I would make sure which one I wanted. I wouldn’t go back. Unless I’m super lazy to cook or make my own bowl way better than them. And definitely can make better chicken. Will definitely only but the bowl without any protein. Not their strong suit. The egg looked good but anyone can make an egg. Would give 1 star but gave 2 for the fresh ingredients and their cool designed, bright and spacious location.

Original grain has a very skate park feel. There is so much to look at in there. The food was delicious and filling. This is my new favorite spot when I want a healthy quick bite to eat. Also a must try is their CBD oil in coffee

Located in the heart of download Rochester. Known for their salads, was pleasantly surprised by their sandwiches. My wife had the Mexican-Cali, with shredded chicken, roasted corn, cilantro and carrot-cumin sauce. My daughter had the CBR, with shredded chicken and chipotle-ranch sauce. I enjoyed the California Club, with chicken, bacon, smashed avocado and mayo on a ciabatta roll. You order at the counter and then pick it up-there is ample seating in the restaurant. Total bill with tax (left a 20% tip) came to $63.
