Great strombolis; customer service slow to reply when a problem arises (20 weeks in my complaint's case) but they WILL respond to a valid complaint. Patience is definitely a virtue here - I'm thinking they're swamped and/or understaffed (it would explain both their response time AND the mistake that had prompted my complaint).
