I absolutely love The Parkway Family Restaurant! Walking through the doors feels exactly like stepping back in time to a classic diner. It has an authentic, old-school vibe that is really hard to find these days. The entire waitstaff is super nice and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you sit down. On top of the great service, the kitchen is incredibly fast—you get your food super quick, hot, and exactly how you want it. Just a heads up, they are strictly cash only, so make sure you hit the ATM before you go. Honestly, though, it is a tiny detail that is completely worth it for such a fantastic, nostalgic meal. Highly recommend!

The PARKWAY Family Restaurant on Ling Rd has 1. great coffee, 2. DELICIOUS breakfasts and fish frys and 3. exceptional service (Dawn, Carol, and other wait staff), and 4. reasonable prices. How can you beat that? I've been going there since they opened decades ago. They are the BEST! (They also have an ATM; no credit cards accepted.)

Every time we go there's hot fresh food, & friendly service. The space can get tight, & feel a little close to others, but the atmosphere is friendly. So pull up a chair, loosen your belt, & prepare to get your money's worth!

Friend I went with said the chicken sandwich was the best he ever had. My chicken salad was the worst I ever had, and was one of the most expensive things on the menu. So, seems like they are hit or miss.
