Pretentious. Not worth hype.

Great place to find local offerings. Wide variety of dairy free ice cream and even some vegan deserts. I bought some locally made cured sausage that was AWESOME.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get in because the employee was on break. However, I was visiting from Buffalo and I'm a big fan of Perry's ice cream but this place might have them beat. The butterscotch chip ice cream was phenomenal and so was the lemon bar. My significant other loved her red velvet cheesecake and ice cream as well. Definitely will be returning soon ☺️

The ice-creams always hits the spot ~ the variety is less, due to the season, but the quality made up for it.

Wish I could leave anything better but wanted to treat myself after a really tough day. Walked in on a cold January evening to a completely empty store. Was planning to buy a tub for later and something to go. Politely asked to try a few flavors to see what I like (they aren't the most standard/typical flavors to know for sure). Was told they can't do samples? Never been to an ice cream place that doesn't do samples. Even if they limit it to just one or two. She claimed it was because since Covid (which doesn't even make sense, it's 2024, she wasn't even wearing a mask, could very easily use gloves, shouldn't be double dipping anyways obviously? And I'm the only person in the store?) but had been here a year ago with my sister and the whole line was sampling. So honestly just came off as laziness since she was otherwise just scrolling her phone. Grocery store ice cream it is, what a disappointment for trying to support local business in the cold winter months.

Great ice cream but parking is a pain!

Nice little shop for a local dairy farm that makes excellent ice cream. Shop was well stocked for being a side location from the main farm. Staff were friendly and helpful although they don't give samples of the ice cream. Really enjoyed the flavor of the sundae and the ice cream was very rich.

This place is actually wonderful- minus the hours- you close at 9pm on a summer Friday???? There is actually a line of 20 plus people over at Abbott's complaining about how Pittsford dairy was closed. This place is cleaning up.

Great ice cream shop with some boutique grocery items. Often a line out the door. LOTS of flavours to choose from as far as traditional scoopable ice cream, plus some soft-serve options, sundaes, milkshakes, and desserts/pastries/confections. Grocery items mostly included milks, cheeses, some cured meats, jams, spreads, sauces, etc. Being in the ironically named Park Ave, parking is often a chore to find. Few surface lots in the neighbourhood and street parking is a survival of the fittest affair.

The vanilla custard is the perfect treat for a summer day. (They don’t offer samples for their ice cream though, which is a shame)

Expensive, but worth it. I’ve had a lot of expensive ice cream over the years, and Pittsford Farms has the best pure chocolate base I’ve ever tasted (FAR better than anything you’re going to buy at the store except for perhaps Jeni’s which is available at Wegmans). The variety of flavors available in pre-packed quarts is ridiculous. However, they could really use a *proper* website with descriptions of each of their flavors.
