I ordered a pizza and cheese bread at 2:48 pm today, it arrived at 5:15 pm. Called at 4:45, on hold 20 minutes, someone finally answered and she asked me to hold, I said that I was on hold for to long already, she said I won’t put you on hold for long, 22 minutes later still on hold, 55 minutes now, I’m not giving up, want a refund
I have ordered from them multiple times I have never had any issues
However this time it took an hour and a half to get my food delivered and now on hold for 25 minutes after they forgot something
How does someone make a buffalo chicken pizza and forget to put chicken on it not once but twice? I don't know what changed. I ordered from there in January and pizza was great. After second trip yesterday and pizza still wasn't right I won't be returning.
