Pontillo's Pizza Brighton

This place has great service. My food is always ready when they say it will and they always make sure I’m getting whatever deals are available. I’ve never been missing anything from my order or anything like that. Food is totally solid for the money, this place has never disappointed me and I’ve ordered there quite consistently over the past few years.

Updating my review based on the store response to an other customer regarding the changes to buff chick pizza. Just ask for breaded chicken and it is still the best pizza in the universe. I appreciate the transparency.

Why did you change your buff chick pizza???the grilled chicken ruins what once was the best buff chick in the universe. Such a sad day. Service was solid.

I ordered 5 medium wings and a large buffalo chicken pizza which unfortunately left me wondering why it was such a let down compared to the Bushnell's basin Pontillo's near where I work. There were so few chicken pieces on the 12 slices you would be lucky to find an average of 3 chunks on each, basically it was mostly a thick pizza crust with half the expected cheese, sauce, or chicken. The medium wings were decent but completely lacked any spice whatsoever with the medium sauce, maybe go with Hot as a minimum unless you like really mild wings. The service was great as I walked in as the only customer and they guessed that I was Chris coming in to pickup my order.

Changed their buffalo chicken recipe, absolutely ruined it. Instead of crispy chicken tenders, it’s now plain old chicken that tastes like it’s last nights leftovers. Sad! And the reason given isn’t that it’s cheaper (actually costs more apparently) but people like the healthier option…uhh people it’s pizza? Your gains here in health are marginal. Absolute travesty, won’t be back until the pizza changes.

Small pizza shop with a bunch of cool guys running it! I always get a large with thick crust and im never disappointed. My go to pizza place since moving near by.

I very seldom order pizza anymore because it’s a crapshoot- if I’m going to splurge on takeout, it better be good! The last two pizzas I ordered from Pontillo were excellent!

Fantastic staff! Super accommodating. Pizza was delicious -we had Hawaiian and pepperoni and a pepperoni on cauliflower crust. Definitely would eat there again.

Dietary restrictions: So nice to have a cauliflower crust option that was tasty.

If I could leave no stars I would . We ordered a pizza online for a delivery at 530 at 3:49. The first time we called at 545 asking where the pizza was they said it will be there in 10 - 15 mins . Now it's 615 no pizza so we called agian the same guy that answered the phone the first time suddenly says they don't have a order for us. We ask for a manager he gets on and says it'll be there in 20 mins ... we go thought you guys didn't have our order we want a refund instead . And he goes call back Monday for one. We said no we want one right now ..: then at the end of his convo he goes you should just go order from somewhere else . NICE BUISNESS yall should be closed . Your pizza sauce wacked anyways .
