PROS- great atmosphere- huge variety of drinks and food- they have games to play (board games and Nintendo switch)- you can watch whatever you want behind thr counterCONS- heavily under staffed- the bartender was so overwhelmed that the presentation of the drinks weren't as picture worthy as shown- the staff in the back room kept taking breaks despite the bartender being overwhelmed- the wait for a new order was so slow that it didn't keep the "fun" rhythm we had going.OVERALLI would definitely go back and I hope they have more staff to help out so the quality of this place doesn't lack

First the good: Cool atmosphere with 80s/90s memorabilia. Unfortunately for me, that's where the good ends. I sat myself and realized that no one actually takes your order here. There is a QR code that you scan and pay for online. Definitely not very 80s. I'm not a fan of not actually interacting with a human. However, no big deal. I. ordered the Cinnabun and a flight of bacon with maple bourbon seasoning and black coffee. The coffee came out and was hot but not good. I was never offered a second cup. My food came next after what I felt was a long wait. The waffles tasted like they were frozen and heated. No Cinnamon Toast Crunch on them at all, even though this was in the description. The bacon was the saltiest ever. I couldn't finish it. I came in with high expectations, but unfortunately between the food, price, and service, I cannot recommend this place.

We did not get to try this restaurant. We googled to find the hours. Went in plenty of time to be served and eat. But we were met at the door and very rudely told they were closed. When I mentioned that google had the hours listed as open he replied things happen. I always had heard great things. But someone meeting customers at the door should have more respect for people that took the time to try that restaurant. Definitely should show more sympathy or respect for local customers

Cool place that brings out all the 90s cartoon and video game feels. They were short staffed when we visited but they were very kind and polite and made sure to communicate with all customers.Had their breakfast burrito- it was really good and a lot of food! However, would not recommend their latte- it tasted very watery and artificial.

The food, service & atmosphere at Pop Roc was fabulous. Recently went for lunch and had the shrimp and grits. It was delicious, hot and spicy. The service was also top notch! The owner was very personable and made us feel at home. I would definitely eat here again.Parking: Best place to park is at the midtown garage.

I highly recommend this place if you have kids and are looking to do something with the family. Very kid friendly. They have several board games to choose from and they also have a Nintendo switch which kept my kids completely occupied until the food arrived at our table. The menu has several breakfast/brunch options to choose from. You’re able to create your own breakfast or choose an item from the menu. The chicken was great and can easily be paired with the waffles which I haven’t tried but everything else was amazing. All in all if you haven’t tried I recommend you bring the kiddos and come in to try. Forgot to mention the prices are amazing as well very affordable!Kid-friendliness: Many games for the kids

I was here out of town called to place a pick up order was told I had to use door dash or Uber eats I said I wasn’t from around here ( didn’t mention I really wanted to try their food ) the call taker again said I needed to use outside service ( what if I didn’t have that ) anyhow I used door dash the food was cold when it made it to me , there were no options to add condiments I checked the extra sauce box paid for it never got it ( not even sure what kinda sauce I was asking for ) I got no napkins and no utensils ?♀️?♀️ the burger was bigger then the bun and unfortunately the kool aid pickles are not something I cared for. I hate to sound so negative but I personally did NOT have a good experience !

LOVELY PLACE! Amazing food and caffeinated beverages. Seasoned tots blew my mind. Great place for gamers and nerds of all kinds. The staff goes above and beyond in regards to the service. Love the gender neutral bathrooms. Highly recommend!
