I ignored fact that this location was closed for a few days by county health board. Despite being only customer at 2pm, took a while for service. Slow and untrained. Chicken looked good but almost no meat, all batter. Tables not clean, bathroom disgusting. Been a customer for years but done with this place.
The young woman who took our order appeared to be annoyed and gave us cold fries. When asked to replace them , she did but was reluctant. My bill was over forty dollars and l was not told about any current promotions. I had to ask if one particular promotion was still ongoing that I saw in the window. I was told no at first. She then asked a gentleman in Spanish whom l assumed was her supervisor and he confirmed that it was and gave the okay to modify my items. I appreciated...
Since the last couple of months this Popeyes is excellent, great service,clean.i think they changed whole crew and management. Always have everything not like a couple of months ago.keep up the good work 👏
