We ordered for delivery as my husband was in the hospital. We got less than half the order and after calling the number provided over 20 times couldn’t get anyone on the phone!

Again and again. They ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. IGNORING CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY DON'T EXIST.

HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL. THEY CAN'T EVEN SAY HELLO AND WELCOME AND WE WILL BE RIGHT BACK if they were truly busy.

You can see many of them horse playing in the kitchen as usual.

EVEN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY RUNS WAY BETTER THIS.

WE ARE A FIRST WORLD COUNTRY BUT SERVICES WORST THAN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY? WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE HERE?

Just look at other people's reviews. Also many people have complained this location for years and not a single thing change for over a decade.

Popeyes is your average slightly, overpriced fast food restaurant. However, this location had horrendous service. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes at the speaker where they take your order. The man kept telling us one more minute and we eventually left and took our bussiness elsewhere. Can't rate the food or anything else because we never made it that far.

They finally had chicken. This place used to be terrible. But they are under new management and it's much better. Great good fresh food and they had everything in stock

Quite literally EVERY single time I order from this location every single item in my order is incorrect. Every single item. Whoever manages this location is a joke and so are their employees.

OMG customer service very bad only 6 peoples in kitchen can't serve only 4 customers we was standing 20 minutes also drinks are very expensive can't believe this

2 people in front of me when I got there. 10 minutes to get my order taken and 25 minutes to get my order. The bacon and cheese chicken sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese. The casual swearing by the counter person when conversing with the customers while trying to fill the orders seemed inappropriate. All of that and $40 for 3 sandwich combo meals. Won't be going back.

I ordered bone-in wings they gave me boneless and didn’t add the sauce onto the chicken I ordered. The manager has completely ignored me in the past. Very rude and nasty people.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. No one was taking orders. Finally put order in and they said it would be at least 8 minutes for chicken to be ready. Order in at 4:54 actually received order at 5:10. Never going back!

Loved the Spicy Chicken sandwichs and the Mac and Cheese was killer

You are failure with order for access shame on you !!!

The food was great, but I had to wait forever, and as I stood behind 2 people waiting in line to order for at least 15 minutes, I saw them mess up a lot of orders. The 1 bathroom they had was out of service.
