Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The cashier was rude. The food we ordered was not correct. Let alone the mashed potatoes did not taste like they used too the gravy was more like grease. The red beans and rice tasted like there was something extra in them. There was no juice in the bottom. The tables were dirty. I asked for two plates because it was done in and we got two boxes. When leaving the entrance door area smelled like garbage before walking outside. Will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again

I NEVER go to the Popeyes in Buffalo, but the one in the Rochester has always been a stopover and it still blew every Buffalo location clean OUT!

Went there for lunch at 1:30 pm, three people in front of us. Ordered on kiosk pay at counter. Each customer in front of us complained about incorrect order one left cause her order said it was ready but it wasn’t. We stayed after I paid and just watched the other two customers complain. We had a simple order Chicken sandwich and shrimp basket it at least 25 minutes.. it was a challenge to find a clean table. Didn’t get my sauce for my shrimp… never been to this location. Probably won’t be back.

Not sure what happend to Popeyes could just be this spot but its gone down hill. And their prices are way to high now with less quality. Just go to another chicken spot anyone would be better and worth the money.

Hot water in the bathroom did not work. Cook had gloves on but was on his filthy cellphone. Did not change gloves after being on his phone. Food was hot. They did not have any honey. You can’t really tell from the pictures but the dining room pretty much all the tables were dirty with crumbs . Elderly staff member was sitting in the dining room waiting to clock in had terrible cough, looked lethargic. I will not come back to this location.

The bomb I had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and I swear the chicken was like a couple feet thick it was so hard to even finish it I was about to cry from the spiciness level but then I heard one of the workers start to sing and I swear I thought I was in heaven in the angels that were calling me home but then I realized I am in heaven it's called popeyes

I went to the store today and my experience was 100% better then a month ago. I was told there's a new General Manager trust me you can tell the difference.
