Hooooooly crap. Im from Los Angeles so im not foreign to diverse foods, and I hold food expectations sometimes too high.... But this joint right here????? I called at 3:40 to get an order of purria fries, my order was finally ready at 4:15 and it was wrong again, the same thing the happened the last time, then they tell me that they have no more purria fries to make…. So I waited all that time for nothing.. then charges me $9 for 2 empanadas. Puts no mayo ketchup in the bag for them like literally a waste of time…

The woman at the counter was very nice and attentive, but the food was just not good. The tostones were soggy, the beef stew was dry and heavy on the salt—I would have loved a bit more balance in the seasoning to really bring out the flavors.
Unfortunately, the communication between the person taking my order and the kitchen seemed off, which resulted in a longer wait than expected and then the wrong item being cooked. I had heard great things about the food here, but my experience didn’t live up to the hype and I left disappointed. Hopefully, it was just an off day (which can happen), but I’m not sure I’d be inclined to return.

Love their Tostones they are large and crispy and OMG !! Their sauce for them (MayoKetchup) is the reason why I get it I recommend that you try them.. they are Goooood!!!!
